    Buyer beware of the "protection package". I was sold this so called package without my knowing. I completely blame myself because I should have been more aware during the finance process when signing the paperwork. This cost over $3,900 and wiped out my dealer incentives. I didn't even realize I paid for this until I read the paperwork the following day (again, I know my fault). This price was never discussed with me by the salesman or finance. I would have turned this down flat. When you start the buying process, they bring out a sheet of paper that shows what your monthly payment will be. It shows no numbers as far as sales price, trade value, interest rate, nothing. You have to demand to see the numbers before they will show you. They basically show you what they think you can afford, not what the best deal is for you. I was contacted by Jasmine a few days later and expressed my concerns. She seemed as if she was going to try and see if there was anything she could do, like maybe cancel the "protection package", but I haven't heard anything since and I don't expect anything to happen. I signed the papers, it is what it is. definitely buyer beware here. Be sure to check, and double check before you sign anything.

    Larry Samuel walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable . My confidence was low for purchasing a vehicle a big dealership. My credit is not the best and reestablishing it was one of his concerns. After purchasing my car he followed up with an email to congratulate me. I would recommend him to my family, friends, and co-workers.

    Tengo mas de 3 meses que cancele la aseguranza del carro y todabia no pueden rembolsarme mi dinero, hablo para preguntar y dicen que ya lo mandaron, dejo pasar unos dias, llamo a mi banco para checar y nada, vuelvo a llamar al diller y misma historia, pero no les deban por que como molesta, SUGERENCIA, si vas a comprar una garantia al comprar un carro comprala directo con el banco q te financea, es mas barato y menos problema, , bueno espero que mi dinero me lo rembolsen pronto, o talvez tarde otros 3 meses

    solely disappointed in the repair service. fixed everything excep[t the problem that I brought the care in for. However, the Shop Manager did try to reconcile after the fact. cost too high. The problem never got solved.

    Classic Performance Package required...

    Have been searching for a 2018 Nissan Rogue with low (around / under 30k miles) and found one advertised by Classic Chevrolet at a good price. Started the dance with their sales person, asked for a detailed "out the door price" and after much back and forth (when can you come in to test drive the car and chat with us), finally got the "out the door price" I had requested. Surprise surprise, the final "out the door price" included a charge for $999 for the Classic Performance Package. This "package" is something that I didn't / don't want and didn't ask for as part of the purchase. Asked about what the "package" covers and basically its just a way for the dealership to pad the price for the vehicle to increase their profit. Asked to have the "package" removed and was flatly told that the only way to buy the Rogue was to have the entire "package" included. I couldn't buy the Rogue without also buying the "package". Told them no, absolutely no bloody way and will strike the dealership from any / every search going forward.
