    No safety inspection?

    After purchase done, I was unable to pick up the vehicle from the lot for a few days...so of course was told "the 2 day return policy period has disappeared" (bad business). Obtained a decent deal on an older SUV (thought they deserved some thanks for that), after driving it a few hours noticed unusual noises (turned out the power steering fluid reservoir was almost empty, along with the oil low and looking used, meaning that the oil change service that I was told occurred recently was not complete or probably not done at all). The sound that the tires made on the highway was strange, so had the vehicle inspected... one of the wheel hub assemblies had to be replaced! (could have resulted in major wreckage), Then found there was no spare tire! or a way to stow it (the winch is missing)! I fully expected that there would be some added expenses, but not to this extent. - "As is" - should NOT mean that a vehicle buyer is required to discover major items that may be missing or unsafe! And now... the Check Engine light is on, code shows - Catalytic Converter - I'm going with the email I received from them: "If there is anything more we can do to make this a positive experience..." They could cover the cost of the hub assembly, and procure the undercarriage winch and rod needed for the spare tire that I had to purchase! ??

    Bad vehicles

    Purchased a mistake from this dealership , when i was purchasing the vehicle the back bumper was very scratched up and they took it to the back of the dealership and they sprayed some stuff on the bumper to make the scratches go away, one week later and the scratches are back. two months into having the car the water pump and thermostat go out and I figured it's normal with 89k miles on the vehicle so I get it replaced. one month later it goes out again I have it taken to bmw to get inspected and they notified me that the head gasket was blown on the engine and that this vehicle should not of been sold so now I am three months in with my vehicle and I've had to replace the whole engine and cooling system, i bought a warranty from them for $7,000 and returned a week later because i was notified the warranty only costed them $2800 but they sold it to me for $7,000!!!. I put maybe a little over 1,200 miles on the vehicle before everything started to break, This might be a good dealer dont take my review as a dont go but i would definitely not recommend buying a german vehicle from this place they dont know what their doing and they will definitely scam you for all your money and tell you you're getting a "great deal"

    Either these guys are total amateurs when it comes to car inspection or they are straight up liars. The cars are clean so at least they detail well, but that's probably the extent of the inspection. The basics were missing, i.e. 2nd key, car manual, tire iron/jack, floor mats, etc. and it supposedly passed an inspection. Upon taking a closer look, it was obvious that repairs were made to car since the radiator support was a different color from everything else, the headlight was not flush and various non OEM parts were present. The carfax is not always reliable and when inspections are said to have been done, they should have caught this and made the customer aware of the repairs. Regardless of if they knew about these problems and swept them under the rug OR if they inspected and really didn't catch these repairs, it's a bad look to sell a vehicle under the impression that it is pristine when it actually is not. The lot is small and it's obvious that they'll try to pinch pennies wherever possible. The customer should not be inconvenienced without getting some benefit and no real benefit was ever received. Looking back at it, I definitely feel like the deal was one sided. In the end, I do not trust these guys anymore and trust is an important factor.

    These guys are what you want from a salesman. No B.S. Straight forward and very friendly. They help me get the deal done quickly because I was in a bind. I'll be buying all my cars from these guys from now on.

    False statements

    I bought a 2017 Tundra from this store. Since I was from out of State I couldn't take the vehicle unless I paid the California sales tax. The used car manager, Shook, advised me that he would refund the difference in what I would pay in Nevada. The difference was $1485.00. When I called back to get the refund, Shook was busy and Bill stated I was mistaken. Bill was not involved in the negotiations. I will be contacting the local D.A. to file a complaint.

    Hank and his team were very helpful. They were able to get me from the test drive to the purchase within 35-50 minutes. I got a good rate for the financing, and a very nice check for my old truck. Overall great experience.

This was truly an easy car buying experience, even with challenging credit. They were able to find a better finance deal than I expected. They showed me total respect and I highly recommend them and believe you won't be disappointed. Great quality of great cars. Shout out to Kevin for an awesome deal!

    Bought a 4Runner from these people and apparently they don't inspect anything as I had to replace torn axle boots the week after I bought it . They would not provide a second key kept saying "as is" and the only concern appears to be money, to hell with the customer. NEVER dealing with them again.
