    Second attempt to take the car for repairs

    My issues are still not resolved. No follow up from the dealership. Took about 3 months to make an appointment. My previous appointment was dismissed due to an internet outage? No re-schedule attempted. No follow up. Car has been sitting in the dealership for few days just for a parts arrival? Tech couldn't find the wheel lock? Management (if there is any) should be ashamed of this lowest level experienced service. I'm not just a car buyer; I'm a pissed off buyer!

    I wish there was a -10 star option here. "Be Unhappy Car Buyer" or "Be Crappy Car Buyer" are my new suggestions for this place! I've been trying to reach out to their service department 4000 miles or 2.5 months ago leaving numerous Voicemails to service department, service manager, even general manager with no response whatsoever. This place is a joke!! I finally got a hold of a "service advisor", got an appointment for service, took the car in and I was told "our internet is down, and we can't take you in today!". I was supposed to receive a call back the next day, didn't hear anything from them... attempted to contact the service advisor in charge, left a VM and haven't heard back for him for the past 4 days. Is their internet service down again? Think twice before buying a Chevy from this place or if you at least live in this area; because you won't receive a service from them! I even paid for extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle (went to waste!) Good luck of you have no other options...

    Worst experience ever

    I want to give them 0 star. I was received by Peter Zarate and he was so unprofessional and rude. I was having a quote from Boardwalk Chevrolet Redwood City. And I was looking for a better deal from Chevy Capitol. But he was like you are lying and started laughing. That is not professionalism my dear friend. While we were coming out of the showroom, we met a couple who were buying exactly same car with exactly specifications with better deal than what we got from Chevy Boardwalk. When we asked about it from Peter, he was totally clueless and tried to make things up. It was the worst experience I had experience at any dealership. They should be more professional to their customers.

    Service center has terrible customer service. Sarcastic attitudes from employees, as well as a general bad demeanor. Arguing semantics of corporate offices, that's a fun way of starting my experience. So we're not going to honor what we talked about on the phone? No? Ok, can I speak to the person I had spoken to? "Well, she's just an adviser also." So, I guess that's a no? Cool. Grab a manager then? Nope? Cool. Take 10 minutes just to bring my car forward. COOOOOOOOOOL. Garbage place, with garbage people.

    Misleading information Led to Bad Cust Service

    After buying a Honda Civic from this dealership my family had thought they had gotten great service but in fact has dealt with misleading information. They were only provided with a “Valet” Key and were told to call back the next day as they couldn’t locate the key-less entry key. Following the next day they were told they didn’t have the actual full key. Please note the car stated keyless entry was part of the vehicle. Pull forward one week after the purchase, the dealership agreed to pay for the key but provided the wrong times for the only two days Tuesday and Friday. We had to take time off work to take the car, wait half an hour to be told the key guy wasn’t there and wouldn’t be until the afternoon. Having him come to us was an option provided which turned out to be false after speaking to the actual guy. This has been a hassle no one should deal with. There is a huge miscommunication between themselves as well and yet we’re still here without the required key.
