  Despicable Service

  Got intouch with Jason on a new 2021 dodge charger gt, he offered a deal, I wanted to look at my options at other dealerships, called Jason back about a week later and asked if we could still do the deal. We did, I got the car delivered on 3/26/2021 and signed all the paper. Then on 3/29/2021 they called and said because I shopped around and because another dealership put in the wrong info for me Chrysler Capital was canceling the deal. SO AFTER I signed everything they were able to back out of the deal and leave me high and dry. I will be reporting Chrysler captial and Campbell dealership to the BBB, and will never recommend them to anyone and their poor business practices. I talked to Torin, which does finance and Luke who is a sales manager

  I had an wonderful experience buying my SUV from Campbell. My sales lady, Ariel Sumler was amazing, helpful and very accommodating! The rest of the staff I dealt with were great as well! Would definitely recommend them for your new or used car need!

  My New Ram 2500

  My salesman Mark Whittle is the man to see. I lost my 2016 F150 in a fire while visiting Arkansas from Utah. Mark went overboard in helping me get into a new Ram at a very decent price to include getting competitive low interest 72 month financing. See Mark if you want a great deal and better than average financing. He has stayed with me through out my crisis.
