    They can't sell a car unless done in person

    I have inquired about purchasing 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI 2.0T Autobahn in October 2020. Dealership was prompt in contacting me; very efficient crew, two of sales persons called within an hour. Unfortunately, i was told that they are unable to sell me a car unless I am there to sign paperwork in person. I have financed and refinanced mortgages and purchased a number of cars "long distance," and all those transactions were executed easily using electronic signatures and not in person. Even without a raging pandemic and the fact I am about 2,5000 miles away, it seems that they should explore online transaction options. I would recommend them to a friend if they lived nearby! Thanks!
