    Easy, No Hassle Experience

    I just recently leased a Jeep GC from Brigham Gill in Natick. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and the car. Nick Pesiridis was my sales associate and I highly recommend working with him. Nick was responsive pre and post-sale and extremely friendly and easy to work with. His demonstration of the car really blew my fiance and I away and we are loving it more than we had even thought we would. We'll be back in a few years!

    Love my new Jeep

    Joe was great. A friend recommended him to me. They don’t hide any fees. They give you a quote a monthly payment and we were in and out in an hour. Pickled my new Jeep uo 4 hours later. Couldn’t be happier. They even replaced a piece of molding that had the smallest mark on it for me.

    Completely ignored by sales

    I visited the dealership at 4:45pm on a Saturday, assuming they would be open late on a weekend like most other dealerships. I was immediately told they were closing in 15 mins and couldn't help me out. I then scheduled a 1pm appointment for the next day to look at a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, the most expensive model. I was told the car would be pulled out of the showroom and ready to go. When I showed up, the car was still inside and my salesman was busy with another customer. I was understanding and walked around the showroom for 30 minutes looking at other cars until the sales manager finally walked up to me. He told me that nobody can take the SRT model out for a test drive without going over financials first. I wasn't offended and told him sure, lets do it. He said he'd try to find someone to come help me. After another 15 mins of completely being ignored, I tracked down the sales associate I originally scheduled my appointment and told him I wasn't waiting around all day for him and I'm leaving. He said "OK". Nobody at this place was interested in helping the customer or even making a sale. I figured they'd be interested in selling an expensive car, it wasn't like I was trying to by a 20-year old used beater car. It seems like they had the impression that I couldn't afford the truck and were better off ignoring me. Little did they know I was going to buy the truck in cash. Their loss, I'll be driving to Rhode Island instead, which has a few dealerships with this limited edition model.

    4th Jeep and will never go back again

    Do not ever go to this dealership. Everyone from sales, to finance to even management are all highly incompetent. I have never dealt with a business that has this many unprofessional employees. What should have been an enjoyable experience of buying a brand new car has been an absolute disaster. Craig in sales started off great but quickly showed his true colors of a typical sales man and passed the problems on to others. Jim in finance is highly unprofessional, didn’t even bother to shake hands, would not answer questions and could not wait to get me out of his office. Sarah in finance is by far the worst out of all of them. Her childlike behavior and condescending attitude reflects what type of person she is. The saying “the customer is always right” obviously was never instilled in her. Instead of exhibiting respect for customers she hangs up on them. As far as management goes, they don’t exist when customers have issues. They ignore endless phone calls and clearly do not want to take accountability for their useless employees

    Excellent Experience

    I worked with Nick Pesiridis on the purchase of a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a terrific experience. Nick knew the vehicle well, was able to answer all my questions, and made the buying process extremely simple. Without hesitation I would recommend this dealership and Nick to friends and family. All in all, I was beyond happy with the experience.

    I'm trying but I haven't figured out a way how to remove my review a few days ago I accidentally left it for the wrong dealer and I deeply regret it I'm trying to remove it the dealership has been the most professional dealership I've ever dealt with the manager of the used vehicles Paul and Richard the owner of the dealership are second to none.took their time .explained worked with me .very very friendly experience.

    Scheduled a visit to the dealer with Nick in order to view and test drive a vehicle. He was very informative about the vehicle’s history and helped me understand the buying process was. He was very friendly and helped me out with all of my questions and never felt pressured on making a decison. From the moment that I arrived in the dealer I felt that I was in the right place, with the right salesman. Everybody was very friendly and the facilities were excellent.
