  Terrible Service

  Went in looking at vehicle with a 10,000 sticker price. We brought 5,000 cash and was hoping to negotiate and only finance a few thousand. We test drove the vehicle the whole nine yards. Finally when it came down to talking price I asked if we could negotiate, the guy asks “how much do you wanna pay” and I say well what can you do for me I have 5k cash he says “that’s not how this works how much do you wanna pay” I tell him to tell his boss I have 5k cash and make me a deal. He comes back a few minutes later and rudely says that we just aren’t on the same page and then storms off into the office building. I gladly took my business to Steve Hahns instead of this shady used car lot.

  EXCELLENT Customer Service

  My fiance and I werent exactly "shopping" for a new car but we saw one that we were interested in and decided to look into it. Our salesman, Ricardo, contacted me within 15min of emailing about the car. He answered all my questions nd was very honest with everything. We did the application nline, we sent everything needed via email and he got us approved before even stepping foot on the lot. After test driving the vehicle, we decided we LOVED it. We left with the car the next day. I will ABSOLUTELY be a repeat customer with our next vehicle purchase.

  Best Car Deal Ever

  After searching on line for a while I finally found the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee in my price range at Brian Harris. The pix and info looked good, so I was really surprised that the Jeep was in even better condition than I expected. These guys worked the deal I wanted and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. Plus, they gave me more for my trade in than anybody else I talked to would. It was my best car deal ever.

  Bought a 2012 Ford F-150 and it was in next to perfect condition. I'd searched all over the web for price I could afford. Not only did I get a great price, but they were able to get me financing with payments lower than I had budgeted. They gave me a great price on my trade and they got the deal done quickly.   Hey-- their a car dealer....do I need to say more? They had the truck in stock that I found on Cars.com, salesman was polite and friendly and listened to my wants. We thought the price was a bit high compared to Blue Book values, so we decided to just maintain our current car for another year.

  Great Company to Buy a Vehicle From

  Found a Jeep Cherokee on Cars.com and went to dealership for a test drive. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was exactly what I wanted. Having just gone through a divorce and losing a job all in the span of 2 years, my credit was "challenged" to say the least. Guillermo Peralta was instrumental in getting me approved for financing and putting together a really fair deal with a low down payment and monthly payments that fit my budget perfectly. The entire process took a little over 2 hours and I drove home with the Jeep. The entire staff was personable and professional. The entire process was excellent. I would highly recommend giving Brian Harris Used Cars a shot at your business.
