  4 months and still waiting for registration

  We leased a new Mini at the beginning of July and we still have not received our permanent registration and license plates despite assurances from management and sales that their documentation department was capable of completing the paperwork for all 50 states, and despite having paid in advance for sales taxes and an additional fee covering the processing of the new title and registration. I have been calling multiple times every week to resolve the issue and the manager, Tim Woods, has not even bothered to return a single one of my calls. While the sales associates have always been courteous and as helpful as they can be, the tag and title department and management team clearly do not care about their customers' experiences post-purchasing/leasing a car.

  Abe Evans was wonderful helping us get our mini cooper. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Definitely recommend him! We handled the process seemlessly --even before arriving to the dealership, he was very responsive by email. Highly recommend!

  Abraham was a Fantastic Salesman!

  We had to purchase a new car (To us) out of the blue. We met Abraham on Friday and bought a deal loaner car Saturday. He was attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, even AFTER purchasing the car. The dealership overall was excellent and I plan on purchasing another car from them in the future. It ha been a great experience!

  Golden Sunset..my new convertible Mini Cooper

  I LOVE my new Mini Cooper bright orange convertible! It has so many cool features and it's amazing to drive. We even put the convertible down in winter with the windows up and it's not even that cold! The heated seats and colored lights on the dashboard are so wonderful. Tim and Abe were the best sales team ever! They were very patient with me while I looked at EVERY single Mini on the lot! I finally spotted the one that fits me perfectly. It's the first brand new car that I have ever owned and I have always wanted a Mini Cooper. Dreams come true!!!

  We bought our 2018 2dr hardtop from Mini of Sterling. Yad Ali went out of his way helping us through the buying process and even after we got the car. I would recommend Yad to anyone considering buying a mini.
