  Last week I bought a car from John Rumley at BMW OF PEORIA. I quickly found that John has a passion for customer focus. He listened very carefully to me and my wife and found us exactly what we were looking for. By focusing on us and finding what we were looking for, the sale kind of took care of itself with no pressure. I appreciate that. After the sale, John helped to coordinate a quick stop in the body shop to touch up a couple of paint chips that I saw on the front of the car. Yes, I buy slightly used but want it perfect. Long story short, I greatly appreciate John’s customer focus, listening skills, and after sale support. We also received a friendly text from the service shop just to introduce themselves and make sure we don’t have any questions. For me personally, the after sale support and genuine concern for our satisfaction make me sure I bought from the right place. Oh by the way, if you love cars and haven’t driven a 440i convertible, you probably should go see John. Awesome car!

  John Rumley, salesman, was very interested in assisting us to find a vehicle which my husband could get in and out of. With Parkinson’s, this is a big issue. John also helpful with the features and the deal.

  Jim Schertz and staff provided me with excellent customer service on purchasing my 15 BMW M4. Made everything easy not like some other dealers. Finance process with Adam Wester was also smooth and excellent. I I would recommend anybody to BMW of Peoria.

  Worth the drive

  Jim was a pleasure to deal with. Buying a car always seems to take longer than you'd expect, so waiting on financing wasn't great but not too bad either. Great experience overall and worth the 2.5hour drive for a great car at a great price!

  Clinton and TJ Leman are amazing! I drove all the way down from Chicago 2 hours because their customer service was great! TJ made sure he went over every aspect of the car with me before I even made the trip. When I got there the car was washed and waiting for the test drive! They gave me all the records for it and were very reasonable with the price! Thank you guys and I will be coming to you whenever I am looking for another car! You’ve earned a customer for life!
