Can't get rid of the smell!
I have severe allergies to cleaners, chemicals, fresheners, etc. We asked that our car NOT be cleaned when we dropped it for a body repair. They cleaned it anyway, leaving the most disgusting chemical smell on our seats and carpets. We have been unable to drive the car since, despite doing everything we can to get the smell out. Blossom refuses to do anything about it except clean it again--which would result in the same smell, only worse. Horrible customer service--totally uncaring even though severe allergies is covered by ADA protecting people with special needs. We found a place that will try an ozone treatment for $75--not guaranteed to get the smell out!!

I had a great experience working with Derrell the sales man. He did everything in his power to get me into the car that I asked for and he made it happened. I give him all five stars. Good customer service got financed easy it was worth the wait. I am very satisfied with my 2016 Chevy Malibu. Thank u Darrell for hooking me up with my new car u are the bomb.

Went in for oil change, two tires and alignment. All service was completed sufficiently. Still do not understand the customer service philosophy of whoever took the appointment must complete the check in. The tech who took my appointment was occupied when I arrived so no one else could check me in..

Another Chevy dealer had to do repairs due to the poor quality work done by Blossom. They do not stand by their work, awful experience with them. Stay far away, better options in Indy.
