    We found the perfect truck!

    We found the perfect truck for my teenager at Billion Nissan. The trading of his car for the the new truck went so smoothly. The salesman (Chad) was very informative and went over everything and answered all our questions. The manager (Harley) made the buying process so quick and simple. Also the finance guy (Matt) had us in and out with signing the final paperwork. They all work so great as a team. A fun experience. I highly recommend Billion Nissan. They also have a complimentary beverage center a d popcorn.

    Long drive for a misrepresented vehicle

    We found a used scion xb we were very interested in. Called the sales representative first thing on a Saturday. We are from WI, over 7 hours away and wanted to purchase and asked to list everything wrong with the vehicle. We were told it had a paint chip on the front bumper and a scrape on the back and it was in very good condition. We were also told this vehicle had a lot of interest in it and even a person from CA that was thinking of flying out to get it(CA person..do .not waste your time) we were assured it was worth every penny and if we did not jump on it, it would be gone. Salesperson was well aware of our long drive and we even stated we did not want to waste our time. We hustled to get there, dropped all plans last minute. Upon arrival I hardly stepped out of my vehicle and could see that the car had been keyed. Large scratch across the driver's side and as we walked around the passenger side also had a large scratch and had obviously been keyed as well. When we asked them to look it over, we made a point to ask if the fenders were rusted and we're assured they were good. Welp, passenger fender was rusted and starting to buble, needing replacement Brakes were also on their last leg. We would have dealt with the scratches but the rust was a deal breaker unless they would budge on their price. Salesperson "talked to a manager" and came out to show us kelly blue book value and such- we do our homework and already knew what this vehicle should go for. It was honestly insulting to be shown this I'm a last ditch effort to sell this vehicle overpriced. Windshield also has a chip and needs replacement, only willing to take $80 off for that. Dealership was willing to take $500 off. That would not cover the fender being replace. Rust was clearly visible and the sales rep continued to argue that it was not rust.....we know what rust looks like. This trip was a billion mistake and waste of time.

    Quaid was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! He was friendly, patient and not pushy. Everyone in the store was friendly and easy to talk with.

    Had my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Service was on time and expedient. Enjoyed the newspaper and various coffees while waiting. Good customer service from check in to finish.

    I always feel like they give me what I need, and the repairs have been good. They took the initiative to replace my recalled airbag at no extra cost. They explain what repairs might be coming up so I can plan.
