    DOUBLE CHARGED FOR PART

    Part number Moog 513275. Needed rear wheel bearing for 2013. Part lists online and at other retail stores for $99 to $145. Even from ther Moog website it can be purchased for 145. Dealer charged me $306 for ther part and 301 for labor. I filed a complaint with Ford, they agreed I was most likely double charged but said their hands were tied since this is an independent dealer. Service manager told me "it is what it is". Family has bought 3 new vehicles from this dealer. Never again. When they screw one of their best customers over a measly 150$ part.

    Great buying experience

    Awesome experience! Our sales person Steve was great! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle! Kept in contact the whole time. I was buying from a few hours away and he made the experience great . The car was just as expected. When we got there he was very thorough. Rachel made our payments exactly what I needed. Offered fair trade in. Such a friendly staff and work well together.

    Very interested in a truck they have for sale. Got a template email from Mr. Words (Mark) saying I should get back to him soon because of “all the special incentives going on now”. I email him about that and he sends me a one-liner response — “3 month, 3000 mile warranty”. I ask what he meant by “all the incentives” but no response. Then Mr. Shady (Nate) jumps in and emails me to say that someone is in the process of buying it (going to the bank) but hasn’t made a deposit yet so I can if I want to. What?!?! That’s messed up! I wasn’t about to do that but I emailed back asking what it went for. He says “the internet price”. Then I get an email the next day from Mr. Words with another one-liner: “we still have the truck, are you coming to test drive it?” What? I ask him to explain what happened since Nate emailed, but no response. I bet they never had another buyer. Shady Shady Shady.

    A most helpful experience

    Dan & Johnny couldn't have been more helpful. Dan Hall was in constant contact with me and kept me updated all along the way. I had prior credit issues & most salesmen don't work as hard as he did when they come across clients with problem credit! That wasn't the case with Dan Hall at all. He went above and beyond for several days until I had to call off an Awesome Deal he had worked out for me because an emergency came up which I had to put my downpayment towards. That wasn't Dan's or the Dealership's fault it was my personal issue. Ben Davis Auto Group and Dan Hall greatly Deserve this review because of ALL the Very Hard Work they put into my deal I should have been able to make happen! I will return there when I have that downpayment again!

    A big waste of time

    I went to look at a used Ford Escape. They tore my trade apart. Offered me a really low amount for it. Tried to talk me into a much higher payment than I was comfortable with. I had to repeatedly ask for my keys back so I could leave.

    Save yourself a headache.

    Please save yourself a headache. The worst dealership I ever had to deal with. They are great up until the point they get your deposit. Then they forget who you are. A process that should have taken maybe a few man hours has been weeks with no resolve. Was promised hold deposit would be refunded after signing the papers. It's been weeks, and nothing. You will end up chasing the dealer and management to finish a deal. No professionalism at their end. Forget them returning emails or phone calls.

    I recently purchased a 2006 infiniti g35 from Ben Davis Ford. I worked with Doug Dodane and Jeremy Driscoll. My car encountered a minor repair needed after purchase. They took care of the situation. And really went above and beyond. If you want to buy a car from a dealer that stands by their cars this is the place. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I drove over 100 miles to get the car and it was described perfectly. Thanks again guys!
