  From the day I started leasing my Ford Escape 2018, it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone from sale people at Ford, to the service people, to using a car during service, if I need one, its always for my convenience. Its FABULOUS! No body does it better.

  Went to test drive eco sport! Friendly staff that helped me get what I needed to help rule out a vehicle!! When I decided there eco sport was not what I wanted Toni helped me look for another vehicle within budget that I may like. I got in the car and fell in love! Drove it to make sure and came back and asked if we could get new mats as one was worn and asked for a detail as it was slightly dirty. He talked to his manager and they said yes we can get you new Mats and the detail for the car comes with the purchase! Will be going in to get car cleaned and get mats in the same day!

  Everything was good. Still waiting for my backup camera to be replaced. It did not work when I left the lot. It is currently on back order. The overall experience was good and the salesmen was great.

  You won't find a disagreeable person at this dealership. Everyone is polite and anxious to help regardless of the topic. Most noteworthy are Tom and John. Ask and they will do everything in their power to deliver! Great team of effective people!! It is an honor to do business with them.

  Used Car Buyers Beware! 13k of Undisclosed Damage!

  I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in the summer of 2017 from Ben Davis Ford. It had just over 30,000 miles on it and I was assured it was accident-free and in great condition. When I switched insurers a few years later, they informed me that my vehicle had been in a major accident and had over $13,000 of front end damage. I was shocked. When I reached out to Ben Davis to find a solution, they did not offer anything to make the situation right. The manager, Josh Allen, told me that sometimes their salespeople don't ask if a vehicle has been in an accident on trade in because they are eager to make a commission. Used car buyers should avoid this dealership!
