  James V was great throughout the process. We began the quoting process online on 12/15. We purchased a 2021 Honda Passport on 12/18 just days before leaving on a vacation. We had several accessories we added so the vehicle would not be ready prior to leaving on our trip. James kept the vehicle on site until our return today. We are very pleased with the overall experience with James and the rest of the AutoNation Honda team.

They all took the extra time to answer our questions, and gave us instruction on using all the 21 Century electronics.   The process took too long. Not pleased with payment process. The warranty explanation process is misleading and tricky. The vehicle extended warranty plan was first reviewed by Oscar. We declined and then Dylan presented a lower priced plan and we think that was unprofessional. There should be one plan. Too much like buying a timeshare.

  When in to purchase a car and was unsure which car I wanted to purchase. Finally decided on a 2019 Toyota Carolla and the salesperson I worked with (Aaron Beta Jr.) was super helpful and friendly. He mad sure I got what I needed, guided me through the process and had good follow up. I would definitely recommend him to others looking to purchase there.
