    Buyer beware

    Buyer beware - this dealership will try to scam you if possible. I bought two cars from this dealership and have had experience with them since 2011. My most recent car was an a5 that was in their possession up until the time they sold it to me (it was a loaner and/or fleet vehicle, I’ve been told several different stories at this point). Needless to say, when I went to sell this car recently, I got the CarFax. I was appalled to find out that there was an accident on this vehicle reported a few months before it came into my possession. Suspiciously, the accident “wasn’t reported until 2017” (which I’ve also been told several different stories about why this could happen from several of their employees). Upon receiving the carfax, I called Audi Natick immediately and was told “they’d get back to me”. I’ve called several times since then and have only received the run around from every person I have spoken to. Two days ago was my EIGHTH time calling since September 6th, I spoke with Chris who is supposedly the top sales manager at Audi Natick. He was “so sorry” for the incident and “was going to look into it” and PROMISED he would get back to me that same day. Do you all think I heard back from him based on this story? No would be the answer. I am going to filing a complaint at this point with both Audi and the Better Business Bureau, because there is absolutely no reason this dealership did not know about this accident upon selling the car to me. Of course, upon 0 response from this dealership I went to another Audi dealership and was surprised that my experience with their customer service team was night and day from my experience at Audi Natick. I wanted to share my story here to warn customers about buying cars from this dealership, especially pre-owned. My mother also bought a certified pre-owned q3 which was basically brand new and mysteriously the turbo FAILED within less than five years of the vehicle being manufactured, and was told that “sometimes these things happen” without any other explanation even after asking several questions. I am sure this dealership will respond to this review reputing these facts and/or telling me to reach out to them, which believe me, I will continue to do. BEWARE of Audi Natick!!!!!!!!

    Great trade-in experience

    I just traded my Q5 in for a Q8 and it was a great experience. I contacted Jamie again (he sold me the Q5 last year) and the process was very easy. We felt no pressure to close the deal, but the since the trade-in value and cost of the new car seemed fair, we decided to go for it. Everything went smoothly, from selecting the right model, test driving it, getting the trade-in evaluated and doing the paperwork. I've been very happy with the car, Audi Natick and Jamie since buying the Q5 and now with the upgrade to the Q8. I would definitely go back if we decide to get another Audi.

    I was very satisfied with my salesman David Grancell. He was very thorough and explained everything about my car. Also with Brianna Classen for helping me with the buying process. She was most patient and helpful.

    Dishonest Establishment

    If I could give no star. I would have given none. This dishonest establishment should be out of business. How could you advertise that your used car comes with warranty and later turnaround and say it no longer does after we had verbal agreement and deposit had been made Saturday and the employee emailed me Monday morning that the car is not included with cars that has warranty. Please don't believe anything posted or say by this dealership. What happened to " Because each of our used vehicles comes with a 5 year or 100.000-mile Powertrain warranty" Are you even sure your double the warranty is true? Would you switch it up after 4 years of ownership? I will not take it past this dealership to do so. I even have screenshot of their advertisement and an email from their employee stating and confirming the vehicle has 5-year warranty and now they are refusing to stand behind their own words. Is this some sales tactic that you play to attract your customers? I am highly disappointed and disgusted by your deceit. For such establishment with your reputation I did not expect such behavior and attitude from a Sales Manager (Chris Morin) for that matter. I have my evidence on Audi FB page where I have posted the email and advertisement of the warranty. This dealership and others like them needs to be exposed and put out of business. Takes no responsibility for their mistakes and tried to blame CARS.com for their false advertisement.

    So disappointed by the service here. I bought a 2019 Q8 and I can't even get a manual to go with it. Upon purchase , I was assured that a scratch on hood and door would be taken care of. A dent in the door was done but nothing else. Not the sort of service you would expect when purchasing a car of this level.

    Horrendous customer service

    Short version - this dealership has no value for the customer's time and is not honest in their dealings. Long version: I emailed this dealer to set up an appointment to test drive a used car I was interested in. The car was available for test drive on a Friday - which I couldn't do - so requested the earliest appointment on Saturday. The dealer opens at 9 am - they suggested 9:10 right after opening. The evening before the appt I exchanged emails w/the sales manager about the title for my trade. Morning of the appt I drove 1.5 hours to an appointment which never happened. I received a call at 8:32 am the morning of the appt with a voice message left confirming that I was still coming. I also received an email at 8:33 am indicating "We want to ensure your visit is a priority" and asking me to confirm. At 8:54 I emailed back saying I was still coming (I had never indicated I wasn't......and was talking titles w/the sales manager). At 8:57, I received a call that the car was already being test driven and likely purchased. First come first served, but the their behavior was unacceptable. First - the dealer wasn't supposed to be open yet according to their posted business hours and I was baffled as to how someone else had an earlier appointment when I had requested the earliest appointment a few days in advance. If there was an earlier appt scheduled - just tell me and don't waste my time!!!! They also had the audacity to try and say they had tried to call me the night before to let me know.....which makes no sense. I have no record of such a call on my phone and I was literally emailing the sales manager the night before about titles (he certainly had an opportunity to let me know the appt was off). They also confirmed the appt twice the morning of the appt before they opened - so why are you confirming an appt you claimed you tried to cancel the night before? Not impressed. Would have been my 4th Audi purchase and by far the lowest level of service at an Audi dealer I have ever experienced!

    Poor Service

    I bought brand new Audi A4 2018 from Audi Natick Oct 27, 2018. The experience of buying and signing the purchase agreement was terrible. They didn't give me time to think and I didn't know what I signed on each paper including the "NO COOLING OFF PERIOD". When I got home that day, I didn't know what I got. The unpacked brand new car had 185 miles on the document. In three weeks, the car had three yellow warning lights on: the Malfunction Indicator Lamp, Central Indicator Light and Add Oil Max. X qt. I made an appointment for service and arrived on time. I waited two hours and then checked to see how long I needed to wait. To my surprise, they hadn't done anything. Under pressure, they reviewed my car and found that the only problem was that the oil cap was loose which indicates the car was poorly serviced even before I bought the car. I was told that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. But it took another hour. I was furious that they didn't tell me that would take so long when I arrived. To my surprise I didn't get any paperwork before I left. Next day I called and asked to email me the paperwork. A day has passed and I still haven't received it. My experiences with Audi Natick both in service and sales department have been the worse I have even had.

    Great experience buying our first Audi!

    Michael Pappano was our sales rep and we couldn't be more pleased. He was knowledgeable about the various models he showed us, professional, courteous and very patient. He was super helpful during the sales process and continues to be after completing the purchase. We worked with Ashley Westermark in Finance who made us feel at ease and was also extremely patient as we debated our decisions. We never felt pressured and found everything to be pretty laid back. The whole process was enjoyable and we give Audi Natick high marks for customer service! I would very much recommend Michael and Ashley if you are in the market for a car. I look forward to many years driving our "Lazy Lady", the Audi A4 allroad.

    Had a very positive car buying experience at Audi Natick. Michael Pappano, my sales rep, was a consummate professional. He was informative, patient, courteous. Never over-bearing or high pressure in his tactics, just very helpful. Financing with Martha-Dee Schidelwig was also a painless and positive. I drove away in a 2018 CPO Q5 feeling satisfied with the process and thrilled about the purchase. Looking forward to many happy years and miles ahead.
