    Louie and Moussa were excellent! They were professional and pleasant to work with. This did not feel like a sales transaction. It felt more like they were our friends who just happen to be selling us a car. They made us feel comfortable and it was easy to trust them. They went above and beyond in assisting to identify the right car for our family and financing. I’m looking forward to our next purchase!

    Be careful, friendly upfront...

    Started off with great customer service, however when we got down to discussing pricing and creature comforts, that's where the mask came off. We wanted to discuss the possibility of buying a van, but it was just $1000 out of our comfort zone. We told the guys there that we wanted to run some numbers and would call them later that afternoon. I'm not kidding when I say that less than 3 hours later, they listed the car for over $500 less than what they quoted us earlier that day.....without a follow up email or phone call with a heads up. We were told at the dealer "They DO NOT negotiate at all!" So to see that price drop, again without a follow up or explanation.....felt like a slap in the face to customer service. I'll look elsewhere for a new vehicle.

    Pricing is absurdly high, dont believe the ads

    I sold them a car for 7000 and 2 days later they had it listed for sale on their site adding a 3500.00 mark up. All this 500 over auction price is absurd. One may think an auction price is close to wholesale, so the car I sold them should have been around 7500 to 8000. They are simply a retail dealership, and have high mark ups just like Car Max and Fred Anderson.

    Lots of waiting around, disorder and no nothing just lying low paid staff. - incorrect info about cars even factual things like trim levels, long wait sometimes to just sit in a car even when calling ahead

    Our salesman, Ryan Riemer, was excellent. Personable, likeable, and we felt we had made a friend. Although the deal fell through, I want to thank Ryan for making it an overall great experience. Not like the high stress car selling that normally occurs. You have a quality employee there. I’ve already referred my doctor to the dealership, and we will be back.

    Best Car Buying Experience Ever

    Excellent dealership, with great prices. Their no haggle policy makes the car buying process stress free. Donna, my sales rep, was wonderful as was everyone at the dealership. My only negative is the toll free call center, they are very nasty and robodial you endlessly even after you have purchased a vehicle. My recommendation is to go to the dealership directly for the best experience.

    My experience with Auction Direct was great! I had been searching through several used car dealers and found that their prices were definitely the most fair, then online and talking to a representative on the phone got the ball rolling to get the car I wanted. When I made up my mind on the car I wanted it was easy to walk in the next day and go through a test drive / complete the sale. Auction Direct not only sells great cars in great shape with low mileage but offers lots of extras to insure that you will be happy with the car, including a 6 month warranty and first 6 months of oil change etc on them, as well as other extended warranties. Friendly sales people who were willing to work with me and got me out of there pretty fast! So helpful and nice. I couldn’t take Home my car the day purchased because they were still refurbishing the interior so they sent me home in another of their cars!

    Terrific experience!

    Came in for a used hybrid and got excellent help & service from Tim C. JB in the financing department was able to get me a better rate than my credit union; that was a surprise! There was a small dent on one side but their dent guy got it out fast with nothing to show it was ever there. Everything worked out well for me, you should give them a try.
