    Tried to sell us a wrecked Tacoma.

    My husband went to view a specific Tacoma on East 74 last week and took me back this week to look at it. Between visits, the truck had been wrecked, it appeared as if the driver backed into something, the tailgate and the rear quarter panel were dented and had green paint on them. The salesman said it’s no problem I can put some solution on it. Whatever, we test drive it anyway and the heat didn’t work. The salesman said it’s no problem that is probably working anyway. He let the truck run for ten minutes and went out and checked it again and it still wasn’t working. He expected us to go ahead and buy it anyway on the promise that it works be fixed same day. How ridiculous. They wreck it, it’s not working correctly, and who would still sign for a broken vehicle? He assumed we were ignorant and desperate. Also, Jonathan Dixon was the first salesman my husband worked with- he tried to get my husband to accept $2500 for his trade in with a kbb value of $7000. He took his car to Carmax and after appraising it they paid him $7000. So, essentially, don’t waste your time or your money here.

    Rip-off artists! Tried to sell me a truck that had been in a wreck but they claimed was accident free!! Stay away from this bunch, judging by the reviews it happens alot

    Poor Customer Service

    I would not recommend this dealer. I made an appointment via email to come and check out a vehicle. They called and confirmed the appointment. When I arrived I was told that the vehicle was not on the lot but was being serviced. Serviced? So, no one could tell me this before I drove 30 minutes and wasted my time? All I got was an apology and "we can show you similar vehicles." No one else spoke to me except the one salesperson. It sure felt like a "bait and switch to me." Very poor customer service. I will not be back.

    Stay away from this dealership and specifically Chuck. This guy will promise you a price and then change the entire price to a higher price. Chuck was very unprofessional!

    I dont know what to say

    Extremely dissatisfied. I checked on a F-350 they had online at their North Tryon lot and got phone calls galore about it. I tell Matthew I am coming down either Friday night or Saturday. They schedule me an appointment at 3pm Saturday. I went down early because it was a diesel and I wanted to hear it cold start and no vehicle is even there. Lorenzo says it wont even be in for a few days! I mean why almost terrorize me about this truck and you don't really have it in stock? I live about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away and just wasted basically a half day of my time! Matthew hasn't returned my voicemail or text about the situation. Right now I'm just in awestruck!

They are what makes Adams Auto Group of Denver, NC one of the most impressive dealerships that I have ever dealt with. They were extremely helpful and made me comfortable throughout the entire process, which turned out to be surprisingly simple. Since, we have even become friends. Amazing experience!!!

    I went to buy a car and the dealer went that to test drive with me played on his phone on snapchat the whole time. I noticed the ride felt weird and noticed the tire was flat, (after the dealer drove it to the front of the building for me) and the dealer said they can fix it if I move forward with the car. Not a good way to run this place if you ask me.
