  This dealership ought to be audited by The Department of Consumer Aafairs. Missing keys, vehicle listed for sale which was not road worthy, Stolen recovery system which is mandatory at the time of purchase, and inaccurate info.

  Shady Service Department

  They charge $140/hour for mechanic work. Won't give you quote itemization until after you pay. It's the worst experience I've had at a car dealership. Shocked.

  Wonderful Service Experience

  My car's warning light systems started going crazy. I took it in to the service department. It was a great experience. It's a bit on the expensive side, but worth it. I actually bought the car at this location as well and they took care of me.

  Nice Dealership - Professional and Friendly

  Anthony was my salesperson and was very professional. I was able to look under the hood and test drive in a good area. I found the vehicle that I purchased on cars.com which I compared with similar vehicles. The finance manager needed to confirm their advertised prices so having the app on my phone was useful. Keep in mind that most dealerships are going to try and sell you add-ons. I declined the car alarm but ended up purchasing the additional manufacturer warranty. The regular warranty was nice but I like to have extra coverage so I opted to get the extended warranty. Overall my experience was really great. I highly recommend working with Anthony.

  I had a great experience at Sierra Acura. The sales consultant, Frank Lu, was awesome. He was attentive, patience, and listened to what I wanted. If you need an acura, look for Frank. He'd help you to get the best deal.
