  Owner gets offended when you make an offer on a vehicle. Went to look a vehicle listed for sale and they did not state the the entire inside was covered in rust... Owner seemed like he was more into selling the " brand new wheels" he put on the car instead of the actual vehicle itself. Doesn't want to make a deal and that's why the cars sit on the lot for over a year.

  I have been a customer of Ace for at least 20 years. Whether it's for routine maintenance or a more involved issue, I have never been disappointed. Marty is always willing to accommodate me whether I schedule a repair in advance or walk in without an appointment. He is up front about pricing, the extent of the repairs and when they'll be completed. If I have to wait for my car he always makes sure I'm comfortable; when I drop it off for service he always makes sure there is someone available to drive me home. Marty does the necessary repairs and never tries to sell you any additional services. He'll even tell you well in advance if a more major maintenance repair is coming due so you can plan for it - from both a timing and budget perspective. His honesty and integrity are what keep me coming back time and time again.

  We stopped in Ace because we were dragging something under the body of the car. It was part of the bumper which was loose and required only a new screw which was quickly and politely done. no problem.. They also had one of the cleanest toilets I seen.. thanks

  On a recommendation from a neighbor, we've been going to Ace since we moved to Plainview in 2006. Our contact is almost exclusively with Marty, who is as honest and accommodating a person I've ever known. From oil changes and inspections to more detailed repair work, we have been completely satisfied on every occasion, all work is discussed before it is completed (and invoiced), and Marty is always good for a laugh. We have recommended many people to Ace and they have all been satisfied. Simply, if it is at all convenient, use Ace and ask for Marty.

  Great Service. I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra.Marty is great, always takes my car for oil changes. He is very knowledgeable and advised me when i should take care of other servicing to keep my car running great.
