    Lies from beginning to end. Check engine light on after 4 days. Won't repair it without taking back other promises that were made on paper when car was purchased. Very misleading. We were looking for a larger car to transport my handicap mom in. Now I am afraid we have an unreliable car that will leave us stranded on the side of the road. Khan is impossible to deal with. Do your research and you'll read more of the same. Don't spend your money at City Mitsubishi you will regret it.

    We were very disappointed with the whole process. We had researched the car we want and went there to get it. They kept us waiting while they cleaned the car. That car was not cleaned. We even found someone’s mail in the visor. It was hard to see out of the windshield. When they asked any questions after we agreed to get the car they had an attitude that we were bothering them. Customer service was basically not there. We will not buy from them when in about 2 years we will be looking for a new car.

    Buyer Be Aware

    Stated on July 4th and is on going with a complaint in with the BBB. They advertised and sold a car under false pretenses. They described the car as having many options to get you in. Then the salesperson sale they were there because she could tell when she drove the car. When asking the dealership about the issues they blamed it on CARFAX stating CarFax puts all the information out there, also the was an cap missing on a sensor the salesperson said she would get that fixed- Turns out to be the wrong sensor shoved in the hole doesn’t even belong to my car was never programmed- I got this information from a Ford dealership that I took it to 5 days later because 2 lights kept coming on. I also sent a letter to CARFAR and they told me that all the information given on the cars come from the dealerships. After receiving our complaint from the BBB instead of trying to resolve the matter they call my husband and threaten him that they were going to call the bank and accuse us of fraud because he lives out of state which is false he works out of state for the railroad but lives in Florida

    Bad Business

    This company is aweful. I bought my car with check in hand and had no problem getting out the door. Then the problems started. They didn't pay off the loan for almost a month and cost me another car payment for a vehicle I no longer owned. They don't do anything with tags so they have a lady who takes care of it. She doesn't file it or make the checks out right and you have to call them to get new temp tags while you wait. Took me 2 months to get a tag and I had to pay extra because they didn't sent the tag office the right amount and I didn't want to wait any longer. When you call to talk to them they hang up on you several times before you actually talk to the person you want. This happened every time I called them from January to May. Not just once. They always say they will call you back and 1 out of 10 times they will. They pass the buck to other employees for things not being handled. The owner Ehab wouldn't call me even after I demanded to speak to him or I would contact BBB or a lawyer. He had my money so he didn't care. They didn't even follow the contract they typed up to write their checks. They are shady and have bad business practices. I'm still trying to get back my almost $400 they cost me.

    I had called in talked to Ray about the number for the extended warranty on last Sunday but didn’t get a call back. My car was out of range so I called Tesla Roadside assistance but they said the car was still under the dealership and not under my name so they can’t do anything. So I had to pay for towing to the closest ChargePoint because the supercharger was far away from where I was at that time. But then I found out i would need a converter for the ChargePoint and I called Tesla roadside assistance again but they said all the cars should have a converter comes with it. So I can’t charge my car at the ChargePoint. Then I had to tow my car to the Tesla supercharger. I am extremely disappointed that you guys didn’t give me the ChargePoint Tesla converter. And also I am still waiting for the seal for the sensor in the back of the car.

    Great Service

    I did not end up purchasing the vehicle because someone got there with a cash offer before I could get in to buy it. But the staff was extremely friendly and let me know what was going on with the vehicle so I didn't waste a trip. We ended up leasing from a different dealer because we needed a car immediately and had specific requirements for what we wanted, but if/when we car shop again we will definitely look here.

    Went to check out a vehicle i had been shopping around for, first thing i noticed was the main showroom was as grand or clean as some of the other dealers i had been too. It also just felt like a used car dealership. When they brought the car around the inside was not detailed properly and still had some gunk in the cup holder. I was still willing to leave with the vehicle if they would come down on price. Apparently they are not able to negotiate and i was unwilling to pay what they wanted when i had found comparable or even newer vehicles for cheaper. As i was leaving the sales manager said they had some money match thing i told him i just showed your sales person the same year w less mileage for cheaper online to which he said if i but his and then go see that one and i liked it he would refund me the difference, but why would i do that and not just wait to buy that car? Overall it wasn’t a great experience and over priced.

    Brett was my sales representative and he was great. I totally enjoyed my car buying experience with this dealership. Melvin the GM,answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had with my car. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
