    Alex is awesome! Bought a 2020 Nissan sentra with no hassle. Started my search in December. Left a dealership in libertyville feeling extremely deceived and lied too. My time was wasted, and was lied too when before I decided to head to Nissan in lindenhurst. On my way there I decided to call to make sure the vehicle was available and asked If i could test drive it. A very courteous young lady picked up name Val and set me appointment right away. It was very nice how they’re working by appointment only because of Covid.

    Overall It was a good experience that went smoothly. This is my perspective as my first purchase from a dealer. There is always some discomfort when buying from car dealer when your talking numbers but that’s unavoidable. That being said I don’t feel it was over the top but part of the experience.

    Simply asked for out the door price on the advertised vehicle price but the dealer refused claiming it's prohibited by law (highly unlikely). Upon being pressed, the sales mgr admitted that the advertised price is if you qualified for *every*possible incentive available. #FalseAd

    In the market for a few months now. Submitted by inquiry in the beginning of December and was assigned to a pleasant internet sales woman named Val. She was very patient and answered all of the 1000 questions I had before my purchase. Lou was my salesman in store and he was an extremely polite gentleman with amazing sales skills. Got me the best rate compared to another other dealership I’ve visited. Very happy with my new 2020 Nissan Rouge.
