  I purchased a Toyota Camry from Your choice autos Joliet, Naveed was a really honest guy and great to deal with. The service was great, prices are fair and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends.

  Bought a car for my granddaughter with the understanding that they would repair the check engine light. After two attempts they failed miserably. This was my granddaughter's first experience with buying a car. It is my opinion that this negative experience can only reflect poorly on human nature.

  Got my Dodge Dart at this dealership and they worked hard to give me a good deal. I do not regret my decision whatsoever. The staff was friendly. My salesman was very professional and works hard to make sure each customer gets the right car for them. I highly recommend working with them!!.

  Our second experience with this dealership was even better than the first. Our salesman was wonderful and helped us get everything we needed within our budget! We’re so happy with our purchased Chevy Trailblazer and would recommend this dealership to family and friends!!

  JOKE OF DEALERSHIP

  I could not be less pleased with the Joilet branch of this dealer. Contacted them asking about setting up an appointment for a test drive. They responded with pretyped email stating car is available. Never responded to appointment question what so ever. I chalk it up to some misunderstanding. Send off another email explaining what just happened. I I get the same salesperson who instantly contacts me back with same exact email I originally got even after I thoroughly explained my unhappiness with the customer service ( or lack of ). I then emsil them asking specifically for pictures of drivers seat and passengers seat and pictures of engine. Zero response for more than a day. Then I call them to try to get some help from anybody not named (Z...the sales person who responded to all emails). Jesse answers the phone and was more concerned talking over me rather than trying help and then promptly transfers me to another sales rep after he recognized I was getting upset. The last sales rep turned out to be a flat out liar cause I was told he would personally get pictures sent off to me within a few minutes. Low and behold 48 hours later I have seen new pictures. Absolute JOKE of a car dealer. I am almost embarrassed for them.

  The sales team at Your Choice auto sales of Joliet specifically Manager Naveed went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with not just buying a car but making positively sure I made the right choice in my decision. He made a friend in me.

  Bought used minivan from Your Choice Auto Sales

  I purchased a used minivan for my sister who is coming home from Scotland after working there for three years. My experience at Your Choice Auto Sales of Joliet was super. They did what they said they would do and did it right. They took care of details to make the buying and receiving experience as good as could be expected. They were Covid-19 conscious, courteous, and treated me with respect. I also noticed that the different staff members worked well together as a team. My salesperson is Jesse Nunez and was friendly, quickly understood what I wanted. He knew his stuff and the vehicles they had. He provided a lot of information as we took a test drive. I did work with the manager, Naveed. He knew a lot about everything and helped with 1.) the fact that the vehicle was for my sister, and 2.) was going to be titled in a neighboring state. Naveed put the final touches on my purchasing experience. He is responsible for a lot of the great comments in the first paragraph of this review. In summary, my experience was so much better at this used car dealership, than at the local Naperville Toyota dealer. I will buy my next used vehicle from Your Choice Auto Sales of Joliet. I am a happy camper - happy enough to take the time to write this review.
