    I saw 2017 bmw for $24,000 made appointment took car service from Manhattan To Yonkers for over $80. Only to get there and they don’t have this car. Do they offer to drive me back to city do they offer me water fo they offer me anything. NO They could care less. What a way to do business really upset

    STAY AWAY!!!

    I have been a loyal Kia customer since 2012, and have had several wonderful experiences with the Kia dealership in Mahwah (when it was still there) and Ramsey. When I was at the end of my lease this past August, I thought I would have the same experience with Yonkers Kia. I was able to work with the sales representative and secure a deal in which my mile overage from my previous lease would be forgiven upon re-leasing with Kia. I drove my car home in the beginning of August a happy customer. Unfortunately, that is where the nightmare began. I have been getting phone calls from Kia Finance since August to alert me that I have been charged for the mile overage from my previous lease. In speaking with Yonkers Kia, they have assured me time and time again that they would cover this mileage (I even have it in writing from several employees), and that they will settle the charge with Kia finance. This has NOT happened and I am now days away from being sent to collections. I am going to be forced to pay $3,500 that was NOT in the deal that I signed in August because of their negligence. I have sent countless emails, called numerous times, and yet this still has not been resolved. I never ever write reviews, let alone bad ones, but I have never experienced anything like this. STAY AWAY from this Kia!! Go to any other Kia in the area. I would rather drive across 3 states to another Kia dealership than ever go to this Kia again.

    Don’t waste your time

    Ordered a Kia Telluride on January 3, 2020. The ordering experience was great but every encounter afterwards was terrible. August came around and still no car, no order number, and no estimated arrival. Any dealer who actually places your order for a car with Kia with get an order number shortly after placing the order (VIN number comes much later). The GM couldn’t provide my ANY proof of my car order being placed in August which raised red flags. Don’t order a Telluride from this place. Huge waste of time. Got a refund and ordered elsewhere from a place that doesn’t have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau.

    I first was under the impression that cars.com had failed to establish proper communication with Yonkers KIA, but it's apparent, that wasn't the case. I was given an appointment by cars.com, with a confirmation code. I drove an hour and a half to have no one there for said appointment. I made calls, was redirected to several different people. No answers were given, only empty promises that all will be sorted out. Not that day. I left to drive an hour and a half back without so much as even glimpsing the one car I was interested in. I received a phone call from the owner himself, promising to deal with me directly. Failed to do that. I was redirected further. The most exasperating and daunting experience I've ever had in my life. I don't finance, I buy outright. I'm a very easy going and simplistic customer. Show me a car, if I like it, I buy it. This circus of unprofessionals couldn't empty a waste basket let alone a car lot. Avoid this headache at all costs and search elsewhere.

    BEWARE! Nice on phone. Rude staff

    THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN, THEN THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAR. I called and spoke with a very nice receptionist who told me that the car I was looking for was sold but, after speaking with the manager, I would be able to come in and take a look at it (just to see if I liked it) When I arrived, I spoke with a manager and I complimented him on the very professional person with whom I spoke on the phone. So far so good. The manager then passed me on to a salesman who was unsure if they even had the car. I went back to the manager and asked what was going on. The manager said that they have the car but it would not be in the show room for about another 45 minutes. I told the manager that they should have been honest with me and not make an appointment when the car was not ready to be viewed, The manager looked at me like I was from Mars. He kept saying “ we have the car” despite the fact it was obviously not on site, as represented to me on the phone. I drove 35 minutes out of my way specifically to the dealership because they said they had it. No apology, No attempt to even claim it was a misunderstanding. If this is the way they behave before they have your money, imagine what they are like once they have your money. I welcome an opportunity for them to contact me and make this right.

    Scammers ..they Double talk you and speak their language around you so you don't understand what they are saying they whisper around you so you can hear the scam..would not recommend them to NO ONE...they even sent me to the guy you go to when you have bad credit..my ctedit score was 754 when i walked in...they are full of bull.....
