    The staff at Wondries held my new RAV4 hostage for a week while they worked out trivial details with a third-party. Customer service is not a priority at Wondries.

    My wife and I talked to 8 dealerships before settling with Wondries Toyota. The salesman Tech Heng was great and really helpful. I would definitely talk to him when trying to buy a car again.

    I'll start by telling you that I first went to the main sales floor at Wondries Toyota, and was helped by a sales consultant who said I was pre-qualified and yes we can do it. When it came to doing the #'s he called the Sales manager, he came in and was saying there were some issues with my credit and began trying to sell me the left over cars that no one wants. They pretty much didn't want to work with me. So I immediately left about 20 minutes into the conversation. Less than an hour later I get a call from Quang the fleet manager, I told him what they said to me and he replied "no worries, I can make it happen". And he sure did! Thanks Quang I got exactly what I wanted! I would recommend this place to anyone, the deal and everything was done in about 1.5 hr.

    Dishonest crooks -- stay away!

    Sold me a car over the internet, I paid for pre-purchase inspection, repeatedly told me no need for credit-card deposit -- the car is yours -- and then sold the car from under me 2 days later, explaining that someone came in with a higher offer. I asked for, at least, the refund of my PPI fee, which they refused.

    If you need to buy or lease a car, go see Kip Ong and/or Quang Hyuhn at the Fleet Department of Wondries Toyota in Alhambra, CA. Before I begin my story, you need to know that Wondries Toyota has two sales areas, a Sales Department and a Fleet Department. The lease on my Camry was due and I needed to decide on another car. My husband and I wanted to conduct some early research on our options so we went to the Wondries Sales department about three weeks ago. The sales manager that worked with us was condescending and did not appear to want our business. We left Wondries with the intent to buy our next car from another dealership. Because we have been regular customers for the last 15 years, I decided to give Wondries one more chance. I made a phone call and asked to speak to another salesperson to verify what we were told by the rude sales manager. I was transferred to Kip Ong who treated me with respect and politeness. He apologized for how we were treated earlier that day and reassured me that it was not his style - Kip is not your typical salesperson trying to make a sale but instead he took the time to explain my options and even advised me to wait to make a decision. After all was said and done, I decided to go to the Wondries Fleet Dept. at the end of my lease and contacted Kip and Quang (fleet manager) to arrange the details of the next car I wanted. Today when I arrived at the Fleet Department, the car I ordered was ready for me (washed and with a full tank of gas). I was in and out of the dealership in one and half hours (a record) and that included completing paperwork. In addition, Quang gave me an extra year of oil changes along with other discounts that I didn't know I wanted. To repeat what I stated earlier, if you value your time and you are looking for a car go see Kip Ong and/or Quang Huynh at the Wondries Fleet Department.

    Kip Young and his team at Wondries Toyota made what seemed like the impossible, possible. After being turned away by other sales consultants at other car companies for having a "too complicated - because of foreign credit, licenses etc" situation, Kip took on our challenge and went above and beyond for us to get us the car we wanted at a great price. We so appreciate Kip's willingness to go the extra distance to help us. Customers for life.
