    Please Steer Clear!

    The 4.8 stars this car dealership received has got to be a joke. This dealership sold me a complete lemon. No wonder they pushed me to buy the warranty, which by the way ran out just shy of the car xxxxting the bed. I am now left with a car loan and no car to show for it. I’m unsure of how some of these car salesman can rest at night knowing they sell these kinds of cars to people. It is truly a shame. Just trying to warn others of the dishonesty of this dealership.

    Great Sales and Finance Manager

    Came from their competitor and Gabe quickly greeted me and told me vehicle had sold but showed me 3 other cars. Meir got me approved to my satisfaction within 5 minutes and had paperwork ready in 15. In past experiences at other dealerships this is a long painful process. Went to Wiz in the morning, pick up the car in the afternoon.

    I saw their ad for a Merc 528 in cars.com and contacted them. I was told to come down and see the car and when I went on the same day they told me that car was sold out. Very disappointed.

    I purchased a car from this lot a couple of years ago and as I am not looking for a new car, I was reminded of my experience. The salesman told me the car had a complete service and safety inspection per the CT state requirements, however upon being delivered the brake master cylinder and rear pads/rotors had to be immediately replaced as it was not safe to drive(brakes to the floor). Further the emergency brake cable was broken, the front wheel hub had to be replaced and the battery was old & filthy, the wrong size and had to be replaced(expect they switched it, but that is just a guess). The financial department(I paid cash in full) wouldn't pickup calls and when she called me back, she openly told me she was avoiding certain customers calls because they felt they had been mislead. The truck I purchased has been decent since the stated repairs were performed, however the deliberate misleading statements and openness of avoidance keeps me from considering them this time around. If you are considering one of their cars, take the time to have a full inspection and due your own due diligence.

    I recently bought a 2016 Red Camaro from Wiz Autos. I was shopping in and around NYC area for a Red Camaro for a while and although there were many other options available close to my local address but the only reason I went all the way up from Long Island, NY to Stratford, CT to buy this car is because of their exceptional customer service. Travis Martin was my sales person and I have to say that he has been the best sales guy I have ever worked so far. Very humble, very polite, very respectful, very honest and most importantly, he makes sure that his customer is at ease and comfortable while shopping with him. You wouldn’t see that often with a car salesman and neither did I experience that while I was car shopping in my area. The first time I met Travis was when I drove to CT just to see the car. I was very warmly welcomed by Travis and he handed over the car keys to me right away and took me to the highway to test drive the car. He was very knowledgeable in giving me all the possible details about the car and to be honest, I fell in love with that Camaro during that ride only. Travis was also very good and quick in responding and communicating during the whole application process. I came again to pick up the car and was introduced to the sales team head, Ralph. I have equally good words for him as well as he made sure to convey all the necessary details over to me while signing the paper work. The car runs absolutely smooth like any brand new car. It was very nicely washed and cleaned in details as well, looked absolutely new that people around me found it hard to believe that it was a used 2016 model. My only recommendation to people going to this place for car shopping would be to stay away from their Business Manager, Meir. I do not know why one day during my application process while Travis was out, he decided to give me a call just to tell me that I was unappreciative of their services just because I had tried to negotiate the price before buying the car, but seriously who doesn't? Not only this, he was very smart (which he thinks he is but he is clearly not) enough to sweetly disrespect my culture and tell me in a really nice way that they do not like to work with people like myself. I do not understand why he would go on to say such things after the deposit had already been made and loan had been approved. You can tell from other reviews also that Meir is very unprofessional and rude. I almost broke the deal at that point. It was again Travis Martin only who handled the situation very maturely making sure that I get the best customer service again. People like Meir earn 0 stars in ratings but people like Travis make you wanna give 5+ stars always. Thanks to Gus, who introduced me to Travis, and a BIG THANKS to Travis and Ralph once again for handing me over this lovely Red Chevy Camaro that I am so much in love with. Good luck to you all!
