    My Name is Roger Sagastume , I purchased a 2008 Ford F-250 Diesel from wiz auto , in November 25th of 2019 , it’s February 17 2020 and I still have received My registration or my plates , I try to contact the dealer so many times and all they do is hang up the phone on me Forward my calls leaves me hanging all the time . At this point I don’t have clue of what to do because I’m not from Connecticut! I drove 2 hours From Elizabeth New Jersey to purchased the truck because It was perfect for the type of work I do I own a paving company and I need the truck to haul a trailer , I email the dealer and all they send me was a dealer plate to put in the truck after 2 months it’s really unfair . I can’t put the truck to work because I need commercial plates something that I been waiting for almost 3 months!!!! Unbelievable The sales person name was Gabe he did a great job, really nice person but it’s not his fault ! I wrote This review so people out of state be aware of the type of dealer this is Roger .

    Ralph not only did the Nissan frontier that I purchased from you have rust throughout the under carriage but throughout the engine as well to the point that the manifold covers are rotting which you continuously told me passed Connecticut state inspection, as well as interior electrical issues and leaking exhaust. I understand you believe that I was given the opportunity to have a 3rd party inspect the vehicle, I am telling you I was not. I purchased the truck based on your reputation, I must have been very mistaken as you made it a point to educate me when you told me you were not required to disclose the extensive amount of rust that the vehicle has. I regret doing businesses with your company as based on your attitude that it is okay to deceive by not disclosing information is the way you run your business.When I last spoke to you, a commented that I would receive my money back in the same manner you took it. I used my credit card so you refunded me that and sent me a picture,thank you. The cashiers check was overnight-ed, I assumed that it would be overnight-ed as well. You stated I would get my money back in the same manner, clearly I am not. You were eager to get my money and believe me Sir I am equally eager to get it back, you have taught me a great life lesson Sir and it only cost me $2,249.00 to ship the truck back and forth of which you made it very clear was my expense, you would think that at the very least you would be able to cover the expense of overnighting my money back to me. Ralph as you told me in our first conversation " I don't have to disclose everything to you" this is one of the those things you did not have to disclose, just a play on words right?Ralph, more and more disclose sounds like deceit in my interactions with you.If something had not been wrong in my dealings with you and your company you would not have been willing to refund my money after our first conversation, where you totally blew me off and said it was my fault as I did not have a 3rd party inspect the vehicle. Again Ralph that was never offered to me by Travis, which again I am sure would have cost less than than $2,249.00, Travis your sales person assured me that the Nissan Frontier was in good condition and stated that he would have no problem buying it for himself. I know you have the truck as I have seen you have it on sight for sale already, wouldn't the right thing to do be returning me money first. I guess that is a new word "right" morally good, justified,or acceptable. Ralph I have given you every chance to make this right.Thank you again Ralph the experience has been both enlightening and educational.Oh and your check finally arrived it only took 2 weeks and guess what you did not send a cashiers check to me so I had to wait a extra 3 days, a personal check was not good enough for you but I guess your customers get what they get right.Again Sir, thank you so much to the introduction in used car sales.

    I was treated like a QUEEEN

    My husband brought a car from Wiz Autos about 2 months ago and the experience was amazing. We are located in Delaware and was able to do everything over the phone. Our sales guy Travis was fair, patient and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond when he drove our new car halfway between CT and DE for us to pickup so that we didn't have to pay to have it delivered. I would definitely recommend Wiz Autos to family and friends. A wonderful experience indeed.

    They sold us a total lemon and then don't get back to us about servicing it you have to chase them down it's horrible. It seems like a shady outfit.

    Drove 300 miles because they had the right car. The drive was worth it. The car salesperson, Gabe, described was, if anything, better in person. The sales process was professional and easy. Very, very happy with Wiz Auto.

    Put a deposit on a truck agreed on a price gave no paperwork showing what our deposit was for. When a few days went buy and it was time to get the truck Walter claimed the truck was $1000 more then agreed price. Threatened us w losing our deposit after we saught our own finance as a business. They were unable to do a commercial loan with no good banks. We got our own local dealer to buy truck and finance for us. they were terrible returning calls took forever to get the title w 3 calls for it and Walters attitude towards customers buying a vehicle are terrible. As someone who is in the customer service business i was appalled. This is a shady guy that doesnt stay true to his work and treats people poorly. Move onto another dealer folks!

    Very Poor Communication

    Tried to buy a truck cash. They Said the truck was on a 48 hour hold 2 different times, then a 24 hours hold, then told me another guy was interested. None of the time frames were lining up. They said they would call back right away. Never called back. Every time I called I got a different story from someone else. Called today after once again they never called me and said it will be another day or two until they figure out if they truck is for sale. I was willing to drive 3.5 hours away to pick up the truck and it seemed they didn’t want to even to sell it. Piss poor communication.
