    The purpose of this complaint is to notify you that my car buying experience with Win Hyundai/Win Chevrolet of Carson has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a car from them and unfortunately had a collision that totaled my car within one hour of purchase. Prior to leaving, it was my understanding that I was fully covered by the dealer for 30 days until I was able to get my own insurance. But once I filed a claim, the insurance company issued by the dealer told me that my car was not covered at the time of collision because the dealer failed to submit my paperwork on time. (Meaning that I am fully responsible for paying a twenty two thousand dollar loan for a totaled vehicle). I have called the dealership, left messages, and spoke to numerous finance managers and employees and all I have gotten is the run around and complete bogus excuses. Not to mention when I went up there in person, they couldn’t even locate my file. I waited for hours until someone was able to see me and even that person was of no help whatsoever. The finance guy who went over my paperwork at the time of signing got over on me and had me under the impression that I was signing up for GAP insurance when really it was some other way of getting extra fees added to my loan. I have been swindled and bamboozled and these people cannot be trusted. Their customer service is the absolute worst, the employees are non-competent, and the over-all experience has been xxxx!

    I waited to write a review after needing to take my 2019 Malibu in for detailing. The finance team, sales person, and detail department all failed miserably. Just one of the many list of things HOW DO YOU MISS VACCUMING THE CAR.

    Had plans on buying a vehicle in the next month or so and decided to go in to start looking at prices and so . Didn't go in with me thinking that I was going to walk away with a new car since I was just started to shop around. Found the car that I have been wanting took it for a test drive and well fell in love with my new Tahoe. The sale representative was very helpful and made this transaction as smooth as it can possibly be. Even went with me to drop my old vehicle off since I had no intention of going and walking out with a new car so he made even more helpful with helping me with that as well.

    Worst place to buy a brand new car. Customer service sucks. I bought a 2018 silverado that had an scratch on the dash and I've been waiting on them to fix it almost 4 monts. That's the last thing you expect when buying a brand new car

    The short: - Dont go here and waste your time. You'll be ripped off. - Salesman I worked with is Malak Syriani who appeared nice but was there to rip me off. Read on to learn why. I'm going to try to be as helpful to others here as possible. The short answer is that the prices you see placed on their websites are not the prices you get when you enter into the dealership. So save your time and go somewhere else. Essentially this dealership practices bait and switch. I spoke to a lawyer already and will speak to more. First lawyer said the website has enough fine print to cover themselves in most cases. I'm going to continue those other 'cases' and try to stop what they're doing. I came there, spent two hours trying to understand why cars are prices the way they are. They never gave me a clear answer. For example, a car will be posted for 12,935 and they wont give you it at that price after you come into the dealership. I went to another dealership, Simpson Chevrolet. Got a car 2 grand cheaper than Win. Asked them how they priced the car this low, they gave me a straight answer, no run arounds and no lies. This dealership is shady, they dont give clear answers and dont value their customers. After my experience here, imagine what they'd do in you brought your car in for maintenance. Places like this ruin it for more honest salemen. Story ended here with me walking out of their dealership 1 hour after they closed.

    Had a good experience with Juan, our salesman. We were initially annoyed that the internet department had made it seem we would be getting the price mentioned in the Car Gurus site. However, Juan was assigned to us and he explained the rebates and we quickly realized we didn't qualify for some of them. No worries though with Win Chevrolet, after having to wait a while for the sales managers to approve a deal, they proved to be a dealership wanting to make a deal and we got close the price quoted on Car Gurus site and we made a deal. As far as Chevrolet dealerships is concerned, Win will definitely try to work out a deal.
