CA. | August 25, 2016After email inquiring about a car in stock, I was contacted by 3 people, all claimed to be managers..I requested a drive out quote for cash purchase or lease based on the car being a "leftover" and expected an invoice price plus discounted holdback. Apparently the word "holdback" shocks dealers as this is not supposed to exist. They dropped all contact like I was from outer space. Disgraceful way to treat legit buyer!

I told him my criteria, and he guided me to an Impala, and after a test drive I was sold. John was accommodating and efficient with the paper work. Overall great experience, and I loved that the dealership kept things simple.

by Carguy75 from Los Angeles | July 07, 2015After talking to the internet sales department for 3 days, I turned up was taken on a walk around the yard to find the car I was told was available, only to find out it had been sold a week earlier. They couldn't have cared less. Plus the yard was full of dirty cars as they are too stupid to use waterless car cleaning solutions and instead prefer to pay some other useless company to wash and scratch their cars once a week. So if you want to buy a scratched a swirlmarked car buy from Win - if they even have the car you enquire about. Win Chevrolet, personally they should change the name to LOSE Chevrolet. The DP here needs to go to an apple store and find out what real customer service looks and feels like.
