    Worst car dealer....people here are crooks and rude. Beware...do not attempt to come here if you don’t want to be fooled. Customer Service are below poor quality. They will keep you in the dark until the last minute. Waste of time.

    Uber ride to pick me up from home yo bring back to dealership took an hour to finally arrive because the wrong address was given repeatedly to Uber Serivce from dealership customer service personnel.

    Our experience has been horrible! What we encountered was the behavior of a sly used car sales person. They were all friendly to our face, but lied about so many things. First mistake they made was that the car we ordered to be made to our specific requests, did not come back the way we had ordered. We wanted a standard bed and the truck had a short bed. When we pointed this out they first told us we were wrong. After pulling out a tape measure they agreed they did make a mistake in the ordering process. Then they promised us a car that had been recently made and was on transport... nothing was delivered. We called several times after weeks of waiting and if we were able to reach a sales person or manager, they would promise to call back in a few minutes and we NEVER received a call back. After more than a month of this we ended up having to drive over to talk to someone and after waiting for 15 minutes without getting any help, we demanded to see a manager and he told us that they were having serious trouble getting the car they had promised. We ended up wanting our $11,000 back to which the manager that day Oscar said that wouldn't be a problem, standing next to him was the financial manager Daniel who told us he would write us a check on Monday. To give him some time he asked us to come at noon. I came at 2pm and Daniel had not looked at our file. He had me wait for 30 minutes without communicating with me. After I protested this poor treatment I was threatened to be physically removed from the property. He ended up lying, which was our general experience with WIN Chevy all around. He refused to write a check and was only willing to route the money back to our credit card. We had already paid that credit card off, so the bank account was pretty empty. Now we have $11,000 sitting as credit, but I can't pay my mortgage with a creditcard. We left WIN Chevy without a car and with a headache and heartburn... The complete disrespect, never actually calling back, being dishonest about what they could deliver, the screw over financially.... We would like to warn everyone about doing business with this branch.

    Deceptive Sales Practices Dishonest Employees

    Scam artists. Dishonesty sales practices they list one price and assure you that’s the final price excluding taxes but them they got you with 4K more in nonsense. No integrity to be found anywhere . They use the same old tired sales techniques they don’t know they’re inventory they lie and tell you something comes in a package that isn’t there. Had my car fully inspected to find a few major issues. No tracking device that I paid For reluctantly, no seat sealant or whatever nonsense is in their win package. Don’t waste your money your time your energy on this xxxx hole

    I went in looking for a great deal on a specific vehicle. Although I have a pretty high DTI ratio.and a second car loan, these guys got me a 4.99 interest rate. Malik was professional, personable and funny as xxxx. Never before this have I actually enjoyed shopping for a car, but the folks at WIN Chevrolet made it an enjoyable experience.!

    Scammers!

    they scammed me financially. They played bait and switch on me. Took advantage of me. I bought a car for $12000 I put a $8000 down so I should be financed $4000 but no they financing me for $12000 Car is not even worth $24000! I'm returning the car and I want my money back

    Made and appointment to see a truck they supposedly had in stock. Verified the vin and stock number. When I got there they where quick to try and run my credit without showing me the truck. I asked to see the truck and the kept on procrastinating until they told me the truck had been sold 2 moths ago. Horrible service and professionalism

    Better Customer Service at Walmart - K. Vergara

    Does Krystal Vergara ever work? I've been calling for my gap refund for months and she's never there. I've left messages with the receptionist and after several calls, I was transferred to finance. Still not a word.
