    I inquired about a vehicle with Wiley, and was told their documentation fee is $798.50 and the vin etching fee is $198. That totals $996.50 in extra fees in addition to sales tax and registration. I was told this was their best price. I am going to find a dealership that does not gouge the customer even before they walk in the door. I talked to Heather, who was very nice on the phone and I am sure she was just passing the word along from upper management.

    Contacted dealers to see if a truck was still available to purchase. MORE THAN ONCE. Got absolutely nowhere with them. They couldn’t even tell me if the truck was available or not. They had a secretary reach out to me but she couldn’t answer if it was available or not but said somebody would be reaching out. Nobody ever did. Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

    They Didn’t Seem to Care

    I contacted this dealer on Tuesday through cars.com using their automated feature to check the availability of a vehicle. I received a reply from Kim, Assistant to Andy later that evening. After seven e-mails back and forth, I still haven’t been told whether or not the truck is still for sale. Kim’s last message was to ask whether I’ve been contacted and had all my questions answered. No, no I have not. It is now Friday and I haven’t heard from anyone who could help me with this vehicle.

    Disappointing Experience

    I was buying a 99 red Cobra. Called them, agreed on price, got a loan, payed deposit, prepared all documents, even insured the car, everything ready and was going to take the car and I got a call from them telling me that they found an issue with the car... It was smoking too much, looked like a blown head gasket or some engine issue. Negotiations failed. I wasted time and money and then I was told that there was an issue, a little too late. I'm left with a loan and no car now, I probably have to return funds. There might have been an issue and they may have missed it but you should really know what you are selling before "almost selling it"... It was really shady. I'm super disappointed... And that car is still listed...

    Great small town (that is good) dealer. The owner greats you and the staff is easy going, low pressure and accommodating. Probably the best car buying experience of my life, and I dread buying cars. Each person is introduced, right up to the service manager, and each seems genuinely glad to have you come in. They are glad to have a friendly conversation with you, not just about the car. Found a window switch not working, can't imagine why nobody rolled the windows down in the frigid weather we have been having (lol), but they will take care of it without hesitation. I can comment on the service in a few days.

    I have been a customer at Wile for 13+ years. In 2002, I bought a new Hyundai SantaFe. When it was finally time to retire my SantaFe, I talked to Marc in the service department. He said when I was ready to buy another Hyundai, they would take good care of me. Well they most certainly did. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I love it. Of course I know without a doubt that all my questions and service needs will be met by Wile. They have been great to me over the years! My salesperson, Jeff, was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and convinced me to try the Hybrid. They are a great group of people!

    Bought the Santa Fe 3 years ago, serviced by the same dealer since. The service is excellent. Can not say more about the service, that it is simply excellent. We can only say a very heart felt Thanks to the personnel at Wile Hyundai for an outstanding dedicated help that they rendered, our Santa Fe normal headlight went out and only the high beam was working. Late at about 5:20 p.m., we called for assistance, about how to replace/remove the light bulb(it appears not the normal screw type or bayonet/clip type), this is by now, after normal closing time, drove to the dealership for assistance. In just a few minutes,the job got done! It was very nice of them to do this for us, to say the least. I am a retired aviation tech., can only admire this kind of dedication or loyalty for these employees. The best,Thanks again!
