    Great options of used cars to check out. Easy use of internet to window shop and check out reviews of each car on their lot. John Melter in pre owned sales very helpfull with problems we had to work through in getting the car.

    Lee Phat was absolutely the most perfect car salesman! He walked the lot and listened to me for what I was looking for and let me test drive immediately. He didn’t just show me one car and want to rush back in by his computer like Mike at Nissan Waukesha did. He found more cars for me so I felt like I had some really good choices. He didn’t make me have an appointment before even helping me like several sales people did at Toyota of Brookfield. LEE WAS RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME AND GENEROUS WITH INFORMATION! We purchased my car after a second test drive and we were out of there in 2-1/2 hours. Lee even offered to take Pic of. my car with my dear sister who purchased the car for me. Thank you Lee Phat! I am bragging about you to everyone I know. You made this car buying purchase so much better than Boucher Nissan in Greenfield; Toyota of Brookfield; Russ Darrow in Wauwatosa; Boucher Nissan of Waukesha!     I recently purchased a vehicle and the salesman was Ken. I was at the dealership from 11:30 am -5 pm, within that time frame I probably communicated with ken for a total of 45 mins-1 hour. He never once asked if I needed anything. He was too concerned with getting as many people under his belt for the day that he neglected us. He also told me he would see about getting a stain out of the vehicle I was purchasing but that never happened. He was either with other buyers or on a smoke break. He even made me enter all of my information for the credit check while he went to assist other people. I have bought a few cars and not once did I have to do all of that myself. Sam, our finance guy, was AMAZING!! He asked us if we wanted anything to drink and even kept checking in on us. It’s a shame that Ken was so terrible because I would have loved to have worked with Sam again in the future.

    Wilde Toyota is a very good Toyota dealerships. Lots of great vehicles to choose from and good follow-up from sales staff. I ultimately decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time.

    Very disappointed with this dealership.

    Called and communicated day before and day of for a showing on a truck. Took the day off of work and lined up a ride ( 3 1/2 hour drive) across the state and got half way there and they sold the vehicle after I had told them / confirmed that morning three time I was in rout. Poor business and no loyalty. Wouldn’t recommend buying or going through this dealership to any one. They do bad business.

    A very disappointing experience

    Scheduled an appointment to view a used truck. Was given a time to show up and showed up on time, early even. The vehicle was no where close to being ready. It was dirty, missing parts, and in no condition to drive. The people we spoke to were nice enough, though never actually met the person I had the original correspondence. Felt like they were trying to push something else on me by not having the original vehicle I was trying to view ready. Overall very frustrating and disappointing. Would recommend you look elsewhere.
