    Always treated great and I know my Enclave is getting quality service. All of the people are friendly and willing to answer any questions. With an hour drive to your dealership, from my house, there are others closer but I know I can't get any better service.

    My husband bought the Buick Enclave last year and was very satisfied with the service and buying process at Whitaker Buick GMC in Forest Lake. So, this month when I decided to buy a new vehicle I chose the Encore. I was a little skeptical about the small size but after driving it now for less than two weeks, I'm loving it--even without the home link option. The back seats fold down into a large enough area for our two big Labs so that's a plus. It rides and handles beautifully and has enough power to pass when needed. We will definitely buy from Whitaker Buick GMC again.

    Great staff!

    I am hearing impaired so using the phone is difficult at best. We are now on our second vehicle from Whitaker and couldn't be happier. The salesman I deal with and the service department are willing to text or email me. Probably doesn't sound like a big deal but it is to me. Always have good service, prompt and pleasant. They will get my business from here on out.

    Just plain rude

    I stopped early this morning to see a truck on my way by Forst Lake. I called abot 10:00 am to see if we could make a deal. I don't need to be treated badly so I will buy elsewhere.

    My son and I found a car online at Whitaker and went to check it out. We found the salesman to be helpful and honest. We decided to purchase the car and from that moment on things went down hill. We ended having to deal with the asst. business manager Steve. He wasn't very helpful or pleasant to deal with at all. At no point to Steve even thank us for doing business with them. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

    Terrible service department

    Brought a vehicle bought new from there for four issues could not fix one service manager says the rust spot is not covered under factory warranty, brought to another gm dealer found all four problems and said rust was covered very poor service!

    Great car shopping experience

    In the past, my car shopping has been through a family member who was employed by a different car dealership. I wasn't sure what to expect - preconceived about a dealership just wanting to make a sale. But this was a great car shopping experience. My father-in-law did some of the leg work research on vehicles with Paul Novak, so when I went to the dealership, I was able to be relaxed and test drive the 2015 GMC Terrain Paul had available. After the test drive, we knew it was the vehicle we wanted to get. Paul walked my husband and me through the purchase (this was a former courtesy vehicle for customers, I don't know if that qualifies as new or used) and has been great with any follow up questions. I would not hesitate to send family and friends to talk with Paul about the purchase of a vehicle. As a matter of fact, I did! A week after our purchase, Paul also helped my sister find a good used vehicle with features she needs for certain physical limitations she has. And Mike Gaydos was also great at providing additional explanation of some of the Intellilink system. (I sometimes need to hear things more than once to understand.) I appreciate the team work at closing - the paperwork was not overwhelming. Looking forward to years of service at this dealership!

They are fun people to work with and not pushy when it comes to the purchase. Weather you are buying a low priced preowned car or the most expensive new vehicle on the lot, you will be treated the same.
