    Horrible dealership

    I purchased my 2nd truck in 6 months from Westway Ford and never received the truck the salesman Austin deras ducked my calls and the manager was rude I would highly recommend going anywhere but Westway to buy a truck my first experience was great but this experience was far from great not someone you want to make a large purchase from!

    Came in for a oil change the oil change went great but , came out with a. New truck! Matt winters is the reason I love west way! He is a all around great guy and a pleasure to deal with he is the reason I came back to west way when even contemplating a new car he is 2 for 2 on selling me a truck with him involved in it! He is now a manager so he had to pass me off to a associate Austin Deras, as for Austin I get the same vibe I got from Matt, he is a great sales associate and a very nice likeable guy that gets down to buisness with out pressuring you. With Matt’s help Austin got me a 2021 f150 supper close to the number it needed to be! There was no pressure and it was a very pleasant experience shopping at west way today! Westway is my Ford dealership of choice as long as these guys are there I couldn’t ask more from a car sellsman!

    I brought my car in to have a diagnostic test, the test said 10,000 for repair fees. My spouse and I had had a lot of questions regarding this fee that we have to pay, the assign service text (Christian Martinez) at Westway Ford Irvine Texas,refused to send me information about the problem found fixing my car said it was against company policy. This agent tried to tell me verbally but when I translated to my spouse it was more confusing. I don’t have any knowledge about a car and repair process. The diagnostic test we paid for paid $150 fact finding results and we don’t have a clue what that mean other than what the paper say. Our unhappiness is why the bill is expensive, we requested :to have a email sent to us explaining why the fee was so expensive. Not certain if Ford policy rejects this but if your requesting 10,00 for repairs Dam someone need an explanation why your so expensive. No one will never pay you this much without questioning your diagnostics test.. I give you a zero period. This is more so a race issue because I’m black and second because you don’t want to be reliable for your fact finding failures period....
