    The advertised price is not the price they will try to sell you the car for. I went to buy a car that was 12,000. Out the door they told me it would cost me $18,000 . They estimated that all the accessories justify the upended price. I loved the car but out of principle we walked out. To some of us a car is not a luxury it’s a necessity. It’s unfortunate that they take advantage of people in this way.

    Bait and Switch Pricing

    I responded their car ad after I contacted them to make an appointment to see the car they quickly raised the price of the car (by about $2000 increase). They did this in a very sneaky way. When I caught it they said that their corporate off. raised the price of the car beyond their control and that the price of this car was scheduled for a second increase in a couple of wks. I was told to come in right away to avoid the second price hike. Patrick Lowe in sales straight out lied to me. These people take potential customers as fools. They lost a customer.

    Scammers fraud

    Guys my case started from 09/20/2020 when i went in to buy a toyota prius 2016. This the worst Dealership i have dealt with in past 3 purchases of mine. They are fooling people with putting extra items to the contract such as theftpatrol , PAC service . Extended warranty etc etc which came out to be at a cost of $4000 dollars.Are you serious? And then they dont ever disclose it with you .. we just got to know after we were reading the contract signed by us.Also after purchasing the vehicle with their extra OPTIONAL charges i still had a right to get them off my contract anytime after i signed because they are not a part of the contract but those charges are just a non ethical way to have business and ripping the customers off . With that happening i called them and requested to remove the Optional charges I wasn’t aware of initially, which they denied straight up saying that the bank is not willing to accept a contract without these EXTRA additions(PAC:$500,,theftpatrol:$1500,,,extended warranty:$2000)which was totally another coming from dealerships FINANCE MANAGER CHRIS. So i made my own way to speak to the bank, where they totally confirmed that even they are waiting for the optional charges to get off my contract as i mentioned the issue with the bank what exactly was happening between me and the dealership. But then also these guys are so unprofessional and been misleading us since day 1 that even after knowing all that they had guts to tell me that ‘we need to reapply your contract as the Bank is not willing to fund them ‘ Just because they did not want to lose there extra misleaded money , they came with this idea to call me back and try to refinance with another bank and give me a much higher interest much higher down payment requirement and other charges came in now. So i denied , this was within the first week of the purchase. So the bank was still waiting on them to get the charges off and did not funded them even with a penny which probably was hurting them as they tried all to get the extra money from me but still failed. Then after within next couple days they been trying get in touch to have the car back from me, as they had that 10 day period to show if theres no financing available for the vehicle for me and wanted the car back. I called the bank and got to know that the bank has just put the funding on reviewal as i had all the legal right to the extra charges off my contract and they were just waiting on the dealership to proceed the right way. So here the dealership had no option as they couldn’t make there extra money through the bank in my cas , they sent out a letter to return the car and will be given all my consideration(downpayment or trade in anything i put in first) upon return. So i went to the dealership to return the car cause in past 2 weeks i didnt had more to talk to these fake misleading teams of fraud And again they had plans to get something out of me . Upon arrival Mr Chris (the 15 years experience finance manager) was charging me for mileage , restocking fee, and some other charges . Which i totally denied as I wasn’t the one who is canceling the contract but them telling me to return the car cause they couldn’t agree with the bank to correct there unprofessionalism without the OPTIONAL CHARGES THEY PUT IN MY CONTRACT. So this Chris(finance manager) Stood up and walked out the room without clearing my paperwork saying that’ i already have the key now , if youre not willing to sign its upto you and we are done’ Really? They didnt clear anything on paper for the return, i didnt got any info regarding my refund on the downpayment and still after almost 20 days no response from them in regards to that. I have already reached out to some civil advisers for this concern but Guys please try to save yourself from these scammers and fraud workers. Its not like im the first one,they have reviews for the same issue here , i believe they have pattern of doing it to clients in monthly or weekly basis.

    Advertised price is 3 thousand less then you can buy it .Dealer installed add ups on all vehicles.I don't want carpet and seat protection for a thousand dollars or a theft deterrent system for a thousand dollars.,etc, I want a car at the advertised price.

    Advertises a low price then tried to jack up the price when you inquire about buying with non-sense alarms, extended warranties and other options that they will not remove from the price. Increased price by over $2,000 in my case, turned it over to the State for investigation for fraudulent advertising.

    Looks may be deceiving so check once twice three times a lady. Carfax aren't always reliably so take to a pro before signing as you test drive take to mechanic you can do that

    The cars ARE NOT sold at the same price as advertised. When questioned they say it's Tax, Title and Lic., however, look at the extras they tag on that are not part of the advertised price (i.e.: Theft Patrol - preinstalled on the vehicle $1698), haha... crazy.. If it;s "preinstalled" it should be part of the advertised price... right?

    Jerry from the start helped me every step of the way, did everything he could. Very friendly, whole staff made us feel welcomed. I am still thankful they were able to make it all happen. Definitely recommend going to WCA!!
