  My wife and I recently worked with BB on buying a used car. The process was great and BB was awesome. Everyone we worked with was helpful and friendly, especially BB. We would highly recommend this dealership to any of our friends.

  Scheduled a test drive and was met by Leo who gave me a 5 star experience! Had no intention on making the purchase , but the dealer / and Leo worked to fashion a deal I was more than comfortable with. Never felt pressured, and love the SUV!

  Just purchased a vehicle from here, within a day I had called to inform them that the dual heat/air conditioning in the back doesn’t work at all. I was told they would take a look when I bring it in for it’s inspection. Brought it in for the inspection and then had to schedule a seperate time to go back to have them actually diagnose what was wrong, so I brought the car in for them to tell me it needs two parts and for them to do it it would be $1200!!! They finally agreed to just buy the parts and told us they could install them for $450 or we could do it ourselves. I asked about the inspection they perform before selling the car and if they knew it was broken why weren’t we told and the manager said “we don’t always fix everything that is broken we have to make a profit”. I was in total shock. I asked if I could take my car home with me and was told no to come back the next day it wasn’t ready. The next day I go back and speak to the manager again and he was completely rude and disrespectful. I asked him if he would buy a car knowing he had to spend $450 on it in the first week and he said “yea probably” he also told me that since it’s not “safety” they don’t have to do anything and if I didn’t like it to call a lawyer. I will never go back here I am SO disappointed that I wasn’t told about this issue before hand.

  I had such a positive experience purchasing my BEATIFUL CAMRY SE. Everyone was so helpful, especially Leo Oliveira. He was fantastic! This is the second vehicle I bought recently at Westboro Toyota; Leo was like always, kind and efficient and took away any anxiety I had on the process of buying a new vehicle for the second time (I bought back in September 2017 a Tacoma TRD Off Road). I highly recommend purchasing your next beautiful car at Westboro Toyota! ...Ask for Leo :)

  I had Antonio as sales person and he was very personable and knowledgeable. Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do, but with Antonio and Westboro it was an easy going experience and they gave me a very fair deal.
