    I came to Westboro looking for a used car and later ended up leasing a new Corolla. I found a great deal on a new car and my salesman, Shawn, did an excellent job expediting the process and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Ask for Shawn!

    Deceptive advertisement

    Advertisement lists the price, but in the description they add 1000 if you have your own financing. This is the type of deceptive advertising that makes us hate car salespeople.

    Refuses to honor Cars.Com posted price

    Contacted Westboro Toyota through Cars.Com, expressing interest in a RAV4 Prime. After being reassured by Robert V., one of their salespeople, that they would honor the listed price (a modest discount from sticker), I placed a deposit for the vehicle. After the car came in, we drove out to Westborough to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Following a satisfactory test drive, we waited around to meet with Robert V. so that we could consummate the deal. It became apparent that things were going off the rails when Robert never made an appearance. Instead, we had a very brief conversation with a sales manager who brusquely told us that they would not honor the price that they had listed on Cars.Com, claiming that those prices were posted by "other parties." Following that exchange, there was nothing else to talk about and we left.

    They broke my car.. denied it and refused to fix

    I took my car in for recalls, only one they would fix and the others they wouldn’t fix because i guess the recalls expired. They broke my car while fixing the recall. I now have no Interior lights, my DVD player doesn’t work, and some of my dashboard lights don’t come on anymore. They left grease marks all over my car.. seats, doors, Consul and dashboard. When we addressed the issue they wouldn’t respond to our calls or messages. We contacted headquarters which contacted them.. Westboro Toyota told headquarters we were wrong and denied everything and refused to fix It. I have been fighting this for 6 months and have gotten no where. I will never buy another Toyota bc of this massive headache. Toyota headquarters was also useless and a waste of time!! Very very disappointed

    A good car buying experience

    I recently set out to look at the Toyota Camry last Saturday on a whim. I walked in the door at Westboro Toyota and was immediately impressed with the facility. I was greeted at the door by a knowledgeable Sales Consultant who goes by BB. We talked briefly and he quickly found a Camry Hybrid on the lot that matched my needs and I took it for a test drive. Although I had no intention of buying a car that day I liked the no pressure pitch and before I felt the need to walk out I had a quote for a price that was reasonable and fair. After brief negotiation on my trade-in we had a deal and I ended up picking the car up that Monday after work. Everything was done professionally and BB was attentive and in tune with my needs and my quirks. At least in my family I set the record for a new car purchase, as I felt no need to shop around for a better deal. And best of all, I love the Camry. What a great car!!
