    Outstanding customer service, everything was done over phone prior to visiting the dealership. The loan was worked out over phone and the trade in estimate as well. They offered me a great deal on my trade and got me in the vehicle that I was looking for. One of best car buying experience I’ve encountered.     These people are absolutely horrible!!! My son and I trusted our business to these people Bought a car Aug 10. While test driving it,car keeps shutting off. Take it back and notify them and they say it's a sensor.Tell my son to keep it, drive it for the weekend and they will fix it. Week 2.....get the car back,still shutting off...Another 2 hour ride to them for them to keep and and say my son cracked the engine,made it run hot and it also needs a new fuel system.....My son never even got a chance to enjoy the TRUCK he was so excited about....Now they gave us a 30 day warranty and told my son they would only pay$700 for a engine with 90000 miles on it but he should have known to check the engine and it was his fault they sold him a piece of xxxx...They openly admitted they they don't do full diagnostic checks on the cars they receive.We haven't driven the car for one week yet and here it is almost a whole month, because they are trying to get over on a young black man.They cashed the $7600 check we gave them the next morning and do not want to honor the 30 warranty at all.....THIS IS CRAZY...MY SON WORKS HARD FOR HIS MONEY AND TRUSTED THESE SO CALLED PROFESSINALS AND THEY ALL BUT STOLE HIS MONEY AND TRIED TO MILK HIM FOR MORE BY QUILTING HIM INTO THINKING HE DID SOMETHING TO A CAR THAT WAS ALREADY A LEMON.. xxxx.HOW DID HE DOALL THIS DAMAGE??xxxx HALF THE MILES PUT ON THE CAR WAS BRINGING IT FROM JACKSONVILLE TO WASHINGTON TO GET IT FIXED.....AND TO NOT WANT TO HONOR YOUR WRITTEN WORD IS OUTRAGEOUS....HOW DISGUSTING IT IS FOR PEOPLE TO TAKE SOMEONE'S HARD EARNED CASH...BEWARE OF BUYING HERE..I HAVE NEVER PUT BAD WORDS OUT ON ANY BUSINESS IN MY WHOLE 46 YEARS ON THIS EARTH BUT WHEN U MESS WITH ME OR MY CHILDREN,U HAVE STARTED A WAR......I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW PURCHSES NOT EVEN A BIKE FROM THESES PEOPLE...
