    Dealer did not even have the truck I was interested in and hadn’t for 6 months. I called and set up an appointment with them to see a used truck. Right before leaving I was contacted that the truck was at a different dealership which ended up not being the truck I was interested in. After attempting to offer me something twice the price of what I was looking for they explained the truck in question had been at a shop for 6 months.

    While I have had great service through the sales and admin. staff, my recent experiences with the service dept. have been a big disappointment. I used to enjoy bringing my car to be serviced and was always happy with the knowledge and expertise of the manager and technicians. I have been having a problem with my driver's side headlight going out. I bought a bulb, but was told it was the wrong one. Matt, the service manager put the right one in at no charge. I was grateful. However, I have since been in 4 more times because the bulb keeps going out. I take the car in, they make it work and then I'm back in again within a few days. I was there for the 5th time last Friday. They got it to work, but said it could be the wire harness. I asked them to check my service agreement to see if it was covered. I was told they wouldn't cover a headlight. I told them to check about electrical coverage, not for a headlight. I'm just confused as to why I keep having to go in there and they still haven't found the problem. If they think it's the wire harness, why haven't they fixed it by now? The people who work at the service counter, other than Matt, don't seem very helpful or knowledgeable. My family has purchased 4 vehicles and serviced a 5th through West Coast. My husband, my mother, and now I have had some bad service dept. experiences.

    Definitely very happy with my outcome at West Coast Auto Dealers! Justin Henning helped me get into a car bigger and better than I was hoping for, especially as a first time buyer! He knew exactly what I was looking for so he worked his magic to make me happy. Super excited about my 2017 Elantra. Brian Roberts was awesome and very helpful when he was helping me understand the whole process, and got it done in no time. All of salesman here are so friendly and willing to do whatever they can to meet your needs.

    personally purchased 7 cars through West coast auto dealership . All my car experience has been wonderful !! I highly recommend them to my friends and family . Brian the finance mgr went above and behind my expectations by getting me the lowest interest rate . I truly felt that the staff had integrity as sometimes you dont feel that at car dealerships , but the staff made me feel very comfortable. Thank you West Coast Autos!!
