    HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY HERE

    They are a SCAM!!!! My friend took a trade in of a very reliable vehicle within 3 weeks the "new" vehicle broke down. Bought extended warrant DID NO GOOD! Claimed we caused damage. Took to authorized dealership told $5000 for repairs that we could not have possibly caused, Wells said too bad! HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!

    Terrible dealership

    The sales rep said they had a car available for me. The next day they sent it to auction. Don’t trust anything they say. Terrible.

    The experience buying a car here was average. We made an appointment to have a test drive for a car we saw online. We showed up and test drove after talking to someone about the car and the person we made the appointment with, left for the day without providing any details to anyone else. We made the test drive without incident and returned. We started talking price of the car and the salesman had the price off by $1000 (too low) so I make an offer and he says he thinks that will work. He goes and talks to the manager (owner) and he finds out it's $1000 more and has a counter offer. I agree to a middle amount and he goes to talk to the manager again and we go back and forth (like a typical dealer) until we come to a figure which is $150 above what I wanted. I said I'll think about it overnight and leave. So after I leave about 30 minutes later, we get a call that someone else is test driving and don't hear anything the next day. Then on Tuesday I get a phone call that If I'll go another $150 higher, he'll guarantee me the car even though he may have a buyer with a trade-in. I take the deal even though I don't believe there ever was another person - at least I keep my integrity and get the car I want. There was an alignment issue on the car that needed to be repaired (sway-bar) and it was difficult to get a date/time when it would be repaired and we could sign the documents and finalize the transaction. We end up not finalizing the deal until 6 days later. I had to initiate all phone calls and status updates on the sales. The salesman and owner were very nice and weren't problematic, but were lax on giving updates and providing details. On the day of the transaction, we were supposed to show up and sign the documents and leave. A 10 minute process ended up taking over 2 hours. Names were misspelled, printers weren't working and managers weren't able to be found to finalize things that should have been done before we went up there. I'll look at these guys again in the future if I need a used car, but I won't go out of my way to not look elsewhere for a better overall experience.

    Be aware car had to have a lot work

    I had bought a 2008 Mercedes S550. When I test drove it I noticed that the TPSM light came on. I brought this to their attention, they would not repair the problem, unless the received more down payment. I bright the car to Discount Tire. It was determined that no sensors where in the Tires all for, this cost me anothe 200 , they also determined that the rim on the right side front had a hairline crack which was causing the tire to have a slow leak. 2 days ago the car had a no crank no start problem. I am in the process off determining if it a battery due to excessive build up on the Starter battery positive terminal or if the cables to the starter or the stArter is bad. I also noticed when it was raining that the passenger wiper blade was ripped. That cost me another 40 . The front passenger rim will cost approximately 460 dollars. So be careful of what your buying.

    I had been looking around diligently for a new car for the wife. We have been browsing higher end cars that what we wouldn’t normally buy, but everything was just a little out of reach until we happened across Wells Auto Group. My wife and I were driving down the freeway and stopped at their new location in McKinney and were immediately blown away. Never have we seen such a strong selection of nice cars all in one place. We were immediately greeted, very warmly might I add, by Chris DeLeon. Super nice guy. He showed us around, let us drive a few cars with no pressure what so ever. We decided on a gorgeous little Lexus ISF Sport that was just the right price. My wife wanted something a with a little zip! We then met with Frank to finalize all the paperwork. We were in and out within an hour and a half! It’s now been a couple of weeks and we love the car. We even took it to our local Lexus dealer to have it double checked just to make sure, and even they were amazed at how well the car had been maintained. Long story short we couldn’t be more happy with our purchase. Our next vehicle will be for me, and they have a great selection of lifted trucks and Jeeps too! So, in closing we now have a lifetime dealer for our family’s transportation needs. Thank you Wells Auto Group for doing what no other dealer can!
