    Don't Waste Your Time

    I called yesterday inquiring about a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L, that was located on the Ford lot. I was told this vehicle was available and had already been through their rigorous safety inspection, had nothing wrong with it, would be cleaned, and ready to go. After making the phone call yesterday, I received a text, a customer service follow up phone call, and a phone call this morning confirming our appointment. I had high hopes, based on this type of what appeared to be great customer service. Boy, was I wrong! This morning we drove 110 miles to come and see a major disappointment. They had the van pulled up front for us. However, upon arrival, we were told the van had not passed their safety inspection and they wanted to offer us another van, that was a base model that we had no interest in. We wanted to go ahead and check out the T&C Touring-L that we had driven 110 miles to see. Upon inspection, the van had multiple dents and scuffs that you could not see in their 4 pictures that were posted online, nor was the damage disclosed anywhere. The van's interior was dirty, including a Cheeto in the driver's seat. The ad also claimed that this van included a dual DVD system, which is one of the main features we're wanting. There was definitely no dual DVD system, nor even a single DVD player in the van. The rest of the interior was dirty and extremely worn. Clearly, someone dropped the ball big time on this vehicle, which caused my family to drive almost two hours to see a vehicle which was nothing that was advertised online. I will never return to this dealership, nor will I ever recommend them to any family or friends. This is completely unprofessional and no way to run a business!

    I had an appointment to see a car. When I got there the vehicle wasn't clean, the keys locked up, so u couldn't test drive. Bummer to drive from Grand Prairie to Wax for nothing.

    I just got my car here recently. The sales person Darius and my parents kept bringing me cars to my job in Red Oak to see which one would fit my little family. This went on all day! Finally I found one. It needed to have a minor fix but Darius brought it to me to my job. I am so happy with the car I have. Wonderful place to go. I highly recommend.

    Found a great deal using the Cars.com app at this dealership. Was contacted very quickly by my sales person, Abry, who had already double checked that the vehicle was available. After a quick test drive and the usual back and forth with financing, I had a price I was happy with and purchased the vehicle outright.

    Will never buy from or recommend this dealership to anyone. Very poor customer service in used cars, even tryng to speak with a sales manager or the general omanager is useless. We were on hold 37 minutes, 8 calls later, still no manager.
