    Terrible customer service. Waited almost 30 minutes for my "appointment ". Condescending attitudes trying to get me to buy the car. Not even willing to budge to make the purchase happen. Convinces me how car buying sucks.

    Indifferent at meeting customer expectations

    Came in to buy a used 2017 subaru, knew which one we wanted. Process was complicated, but we got it sorted out. Since then there have been issues - one thing gets fixed and another stops working - everyone says there is nothing they can do since it was our decision to buy an extra key (car only came with one key, which we didn't know about until paperwork) even if it means the remote starter is broken by service in the middle of installing the second key. Told us to go to Best Buy instead. We have been back and forth with them and driving so far (45min each way) to get things sorted, and they have continued to come up short. Would not recommend if you're looking for a real customer-focused experience where they meet you half way and are transparent about everything. If you're just looking for an average dealership, then this place is fine for you. On retrospect, I honestly would have bought a different car I was eyeing elsewhere.

    Looking for a new Ascent and was in the area so I stopped in. Talked with Corey who was very personable and knowledgeable as to the questions I had. He made the experience pleasant and I had a better idea of what I wanted in my next vehicle after talking with him.

    Horrible Experience, Disrespectful

    9-12-2020 Worst experience at a dealship ever!!! Zero Stars. Rather go to the dentist. Good used Highlander, sales person is bad. We were given Charley Bradley as a sale person. The integrity is not there. Tire pressure monitor light was on, we asked about it and was told nothing can be done about. I said it could be low tire pressure or a bigger issue. Stained seat, was told nothing can be done about it. Dent on passenger side front panel, was told nothing can be done about it. Charley says the re conditioning process is done in house. We leave cause of work. Next day I call back and we offer to buy the vehicle but pending them fix the tire pressure monitor issue he says nothing can be done, was re conditioned by outside company. He text back saying they fix it if we were serious enough to buy. I say yes. Second time going in I state that Charley you aren't consistent, whats the truth and why would you sell a car with this issue. If I wasn't serious about buying the car you wouldn't consider fixing it. You'd sell it to anyone with that issue. He gets upset and says why am I questioning his integrity? Of course we are questioning him cause we don't believe him and plus he won't do anything to help. Says he sells Subarus not Toyotas. He takes the car in to get tires checked out. Tire pressure monitor issue goes away. Why didn't he do that in the first place? He asked what would you like to do, we say we still like the car and wanna buy. He laughs in our faces and says come on in when you're ready to buy and walks inside. We LEAVE. Don't go with him as a sales person please. Bad person.

    charlie was very supportive and so patient. he answered all our questions in a manner we could understand,he was exccelent.the whole process was made enjoyable.

    I just bought a new Crosstrek and it was a great experience. Robert Hodgson was my salesperson. He made sure that I was kept informed as to what was happening through the entire process. He explained everything and made sure I got the car I wanted. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, just because it was on the lot. There was no, "Got to talk to my manager B.S." It was very straight forward and no haggling .

    Great service, I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. The dog park was nice to see, wish I would have brought my dog!
