    DO NOT BUY AT FORD WALDORF (After 13 years and 3 vehicles) Considered myself a valued customer until I took my 2017 Ford Fusion SE in for maintenance. My keys were left unattended and another customer took my car. A week later the car was found and my insurance deemed it totaled. Ford said they would make it right but only offered me $2,500 towards a new car. I filed a customer complaint with Ford Corporate and the complaint was sent back to Ford Waldorf to resolve. Of course, nothing happened. Shame on Ford's customer resolution system. I was wrong and I am warning ALL; Do not buy from the location at 2440 Crain Hwy. I don't see how they received their Presidential Award for exceptional customer service. Say "No" to Ford Waldorf

    Great service from Dean and Rich

    Rich set up the service initially and then Dean took it over from there. Dean was great and easy to deal with. Straight forward and did everything to make sure I was pleased.We use all Ford trucks for my company and deal with FORD service all the time, but Dean and Waldorf Ford are better than any I have ever dealt with.

    I was inquiring about possibly trading in my car for a larger or mid size suv and from the internet contact to working with DeMarco sales rep and Chris sales manager they took time to talk to me about different deals and took the time to find out my payoff for my car and trade in value. Although I decided not to buy it wasn’t due to lack of amazing customer service it was due to me thinking again over my budget. But I recommend Waldorf Ford to everyone and I have bout several cars from them, that’s why I always come back!

    Bought a vehicle from them. My daughter's first brand new car. What a mistake. Worked through the internet department. When I showed up the assigned me to someone else. The internet department emailed and called me several times asking about me purchasing a vehicle. I finally did get them to stop after about 10 calls. We knew what we wanted and got it for the price posted online. They cut the trade to as low as possible but they were the only dealership that had the particular vehicle so we went with it. lt had some paint that needed to be repaired on the new vehiccle. I scheduled service but had about five calls to schedule my service. Finally brough the vehicle in for repair to only hear complaints about needing a loaner. I lived an hour from the dealership. They took the vehicle and I drove home about 30 minutes after getting home they said the vehicle was done. I ask how they made the repair since they insisted it needed to be painted. They could not answer the question. I drove back and the repair was ok but still wanted to know what they did. The manager could not answer but just kept saying it is repaired. If they painted then the could not have clear coated over the paint. I need to know so I can ceramic coat the paint. As I am walking away the manager mumbled about me just loud enough for me to hear. But not loud enough to totally understand. I tried to talk with him about it and he said I am not going to talk to you. I reported to the general manager but have not recieved any reaponse.

    Scammed and lied to a 1st Responder

    Ford has a 1st Responder incentive of $ 1000 to show how grateful they are for their service. This is how they treated us as a 1st Responder. Hypocrites! We agreed to purchase a specific truck. Between several texts, phone calls and emails between, Eddie Bates, the sales manager, Steve Raley, the general manager and the salesman (who was new), we had come to an agreement along with us receiving a "Buyers Contract" from Eddie Bates. We drove over an hour to sign the papers. Spoke to the salesman one hour prior. We got there and they said "opps, the truck was sold last night, sorry". The salesman and Ed Bates the sales manager, "forgot" to tell us it was sold? We had spoken to the salesman twice that day and somehow still forgot to tell us the truck was sold. They wanted to get us into the dealership hoping they could convince us to buy a different truck. Bad ethics and business practices!! Deante the salesman didn't have a name tag on or anything identifying himself as working for Waldorf Ford. He's not listed on their website.

    Bad Customer Service For Lack Of Communication!!!

    I took my truck in for a recall notice, and I was told that my truck would only take 4-hours to be completed, so they gave me a ride to work, and I waited for them to call me to let me know that my truck was ready, and when was a ride coming to pick me up. Hours and hours went by no phone call, so around 3:45 I called them and they never said if my truck was ready or not, but when I got there I was told that they didn't have the recall part and they had to get it from Prince Frederick. OK!!! So my problem is why didn't they called me to let me know what was going on from the start. The recall service on my truck was only suppose to be 4-hours, and that's a long time, but they had my truck for over 8-hours, and when I got there it still wasn't ready. Total lack of Communication on there part. What is wrong with picking up the phone to say we don't have your recall part, so it's going to be longer than 4-hours, and we will call you when it's ready. SMH!!! Just Bad Business & Bad Customer Service on there part..
