  Usually don’t like going to dealerships but I had a full wheel alignment on my Passat done here and they totally fixed the premature tire wear that was occurring after a curb rash incident. Stephen in parts really has his act together....top of the line!

  The sales and service people were great, low pressure, very helpful, timely, trustworthy etc. I love volkswagon and really wish that I could recommend them, but for the finance Department's unethical at best way of doing business. But honestly, one simple auto purchase that I was already overqualified for destroyed years of great credit, cost me thousands extra unnecessarily , and actually cost me a home purchase. By running 6 hard inquiries when I gave permission for only 1, lowered my score 50 points, and left me with an astronomical interest rate through an institution not of my choosing and ridiculously long loan term that now, less than a month in, I'm left having to refinance on my own. Fast talker, lots of pressure but no real info or communication-if you've worked as hard as I have on your credit, steer clear of this place.

  Service department staff were friendly and finished the work very quickly. The service staff are always informative and welcoming. When I call with a small issue, they encourage me to stop in. Also did a great job on my 40,000 mile service.
