  Terrible Experience

  I tried Vroom even after seeing all the negative reviews, and they were all right. After being contacted shortly, I put a deposit down on a car. We started paperwork, but immediately is was near impossible to get a hold of anyone. Phone calls were hour long waits, and my sales rep never returned any calls, I had to call and catch them when they were not on the phone. They have self imposed 24 hour deadlines on everything, but will not get back to your in 24 hours. They screwed up the paperwork multiple times, and every time it was an hour long wait to talk to someone, then half the time they said they couldn't help and forwarded you on to another wait. Then I finally found they had the wrong VIN number on the vehicle, and they placed my deposit on the wrong car! When we caught it, the car I wanted was already sold. Poll experience all the way around. Avoid the hassle.

  Great Service, Support and Experience

  I recently bought my BMW 640i GT from Vroom. The purchase process, contract signing, and car delivery was like buying items on Amazon (Smooth and easy). Friendly service and fixed price made it easier. I was leary at the beginning due to some online reviews. However, I had a great experience overall. Great job!
