  The sales and customer service employees are the most awesome team I have ever dealt with. They are so kind and thoughtful. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable. I am always out of there before or on the given approximated time. They are number ONE.

  This is my second survey I filled out. I had an unfortunate situation with my new vehicle. It continued to have unfounded "issues". Everyone at VonHolzen' Chevrolet GMC of Ashland WI was very helpful, empathetic and professional during this situation. I could not be more happy and relieved to have this unfortunate occurrence behind me. But that being said i was treated fairly honestly and respectfully the entire time. I can not say enough positive things about the VonHolzen Chevrolet GMC team!! They are all top-shelf folks who are true professionals. I have no reason to go anywhere else for my truck/car needs whether it be service or collision repair work or to purchase; I will be back, I am proud to say "this is my dealership"

  I have bought several vehicles from Von Holzens through the years. Their is a good reason why I keep going back. If you want to have a bright spot in your day meet the Von Holzen family. My experience with the Von Holzen team has always been Gold Star. I just bought a new 2016 Silverado from Von Holzen. Don Kontny is the star at Von Holzens. Answered all my questions and concerns. The new bright star on the Von Holzen team is Heather Halbe. Don and Heather made the buying experience very comfortable. Thats just one of the good reasons why I enjoy seeing the Von Holzen. Your only a stranger once.

  GMC Sierra...repeat owner/purchaser

  I am a repeat owner of either GMC's or Chevrolet's and have now purchased 5 vehicles from this dealer. I keep coming back to VonHolzen for any service my vehicle needs from oil changes to tire rotation, etc. and I keep purchasing vehicles from VonHolzen because their service department is outstanding...I always feel like they treat my vehicle as if it were their own and if I tell them I am taking a lengthy trip with the vehicle, they go over it with extra care. This time I came in for some lower ball joint work on a vehicle with 110 thousand miles on it, the first of any work other than regular oil changes and tire rotations, and left with an offer for a new GMC that I could not refuse...was too good to be true and it is now sitting happily in my garage. I have always been treated with the utmost respect from all of the employees...and if you wait for service, rather than taking a loaner, the waiting area is spacious, super clean and up to date with many special amenities, such as fresh popcorn or a cappucino...and a separate area for young children to play/read.

  Our salesman Scott W. was great to work with. Explained in detail all of our options for either buying or leasing a new vehicle. Would recommend anyone to go and talk to Scott. Also, everyone at the dealership were very friendly and helpful, and appreciated our business. Great dealership.

  Great experience while shopping for and buying a new vehicle. The salesman Scott W. was the best salesman I have worked with when buying a new car. Hard to find a dealership like this one that actually wants to make sure you are satisfied with the entire process.
