  We drove 125 miles to buy the car and it was exactly as advertised. The sales advisor identified two issues when it came back from detailing (a scratch on the hood and uneven window tint) and offered to schedule time for us to bring the car back to fix them. I probably wouldn't have noticed them until we got home. We really appreciate his honesty and attentiveness particularly as this was a retired loaner and not a new car. This is the second car we've bought from a Jim Ellis dealership (the other was a VW) and we've been extremely impressed with both purchases. We don't buy cars very often but when we do Jim Ellis is the first place we look.

  Finance/Leasing was easy and well explained, sales process with Alexis was wonderful. She was attentive without making me come into the dealership and doing any song and dance. They are phenomenal to work with! My family has both lease and purchased from Volvo of Marietta

  Lousy facility and poor service

  Facility is pretty bad compared to others (like Acura, Lexus, INfiniti). They try to push off any repairs while car is under warranty and indicate "Maybe this is how you drive".

  The entire process was so easy , and David Valdes, the Sales manager made me feel comfortable and was able to provide all answers what i was looking for relating to the vehicle facilitating the deal to be completed within the same day i visited . With this level of service, i did not even think of visiting any other Car show rooms and struck to this place and finalized the deal. Thanks to David and Matt for making this happen.

  My service advisor Todd Mille was extremely courteous and professional. He explained in detail the issues with my car and ensured that I understood. The dealership pricing was reasonable and although I have an older Volvo I was treated like my car was new. Wonderful experience.

  Tommy Fain was excellent. He was responsive, courteous and very relatable. The Sales Manager, Matt, was great as well. We contacted several Volvo dealerships and Volvo of Marietta was by far the best.

  Kevin is amazing! I’m a female and it’s unfortunate, but for some reason whenever I seek anything automotive service related, I just usually feel like the auto advisor talks down to me. Kevin was extremely patient with me and he explained each service. He was incredibly nice and I trusted his judgment. I spoke to him in person twice before I agreed to get the 90k servicing.

  Ken always provides excellent customer service in the service department. He is very knowledgeable, sensitive to time constraints, communicates well and takes care of me every time I have any issues with my Volvo (this is my 6th Volvo!)
