    I could not have asked for a better experience than what Beth Narverud provided. I needed help purchasing a vehicle for a family member in her area while I was out of state. She sent videos of the car and delivered it to us. Her help was very much appreciated and I would recommend her to anyone in the area.

    The process was very smooth buying a new car here at Village Toyota. I had been in contact with OTHER area (and out of area) Toyota dealerships, but was not satisfied with their service (one had even told me about a price on what I thought was a NEW Toyota Camry, but it was USED for the same price as a new). Overall, I don't think highly of car dealerships. Now, at Village Toyota we first made an appointment via the call center sales team member, Ranny. Ranny had already given us the price point we wanted via email to see on a new 2020 Camry including a photo and details on the actual car...all via email (Internet Pricing). Then text message confirmations with Ranny of our appointment followed. We walked in at Village Toyota at our appointed time and were blessed with a wonderful 'low pressure' salesman by the name of John Harke. John had the exact car I had picked out with Ranny ready for a test drive. We talked about other options, other Camrys...John was incredibly patient in answering each and every question that we had. Over and over again. LOL We ARE thorough customers. We came to an agreeable sales price and drove off the car lot with the right car for us. A very pleasant and low-pressure experience. I would do business with both Village Toyota and John Harke again. As far as ALL dealerships (especially the finance department) I would advise to ASK QUESTIONS! Knowledge is power and you will NOT get duped if you ask the right (and many) questions. Buyers beware when buying ANY vehicle from a car dealership. John Harke has our business from this point on...so both my husband Roger and I would highly recommend him and Village Toyota.

    Debbie Henry helped to arrange roadside assistance when we had a dead battery recently. We were able to get the battery jump started by Roadside assistance and bring the car in for a new battery the same day. In less than 30 minutes of service time, we had the car back. All covered by our warranty too!

    David Echwar has been my service advisor since I moved to the area 9 years ago. I haven’t needed anything but routine service until my last two visits. In each of my last two visits, the service technicians have found an issue which if not resolved could have been a serious safety concern. Dave always works with me regarding pricing and a loaner vehicle if my car requires an overnight stay.

    Sales person Anna Psihas was one of the best Sales persons I have ever dealt with. The only reason I did not rate my overall experience as excellent was the finance person. He was the very reason sales people get a bad reputation! BEWARE, he will try to sell you the world whether you want it or not!!!
