  Best place in town to buy a vehicle. I had searched from Niagara County to Rochester. Hands down Village Motors aims to please. I purposely waited to put this review in until my Warranty was up and Winter came. Great news, not 1 problem mechanically and my Saturn Vue handles so awesome in the ice, slush and snow. Just love this vehicle. Thankyou to everyone at Village Motors for working with me and truly making such a big difference in the QUALITY of my LIFE.

  The process was seamless. The Sales Manager was informative, patient, thorough and easy to work with. Negotiating was a little challenging but I am satisfied with my purchase !

  I had been looking at autos on their lot for quite some time. I stopped in to see the Vehicle and end up making a purchase. I have been buying used and new autos for almost 50 years. I don't have a problem telling anyone that Tim the owner is as honest as the day is long, DJ the salesman is a professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle, give them a chance to serve you. NO stress, just the best service I have gotten from any used auto dealer in the entire Western NY area.

  Ok Bought my daughter a car- the first 30 days we went back NUMEROUS TIMES, because at sale they said they would fix the Glove box hinge that was broken....here we are July 2015, 5 months later and the "repair" has still not been completed. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS with them again....and this was a 7K used SUV....and it becomes a sad state of affairs, when they can't even repair what they "promised to repair" So much for buying a car at this dealership..

  Very Friendly and Straight Forward

  I went to test drive a vehicle wit DJ and right off the bat he was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to pull the vehicle up for me and show me all about it. The car looked clean even though they just got it on trade, it ran very smooth and shifted great. He even let me test drive the vehicle and didn't pressure me about buying. While on the test drive he pointed out some features of the car that I would have missed or not noticed. Sometimes on a test drive the sales person will pressure you about financing or trades, DJ was more interested in helping me and answering my questions. Very professional, informative and no high pressure sales. I would go back again in a heartbeat because they price the cars well and offer help.
