  We just took ownership of our third vehicle from Debbie Edwards at Varsity Lincoln. Each time has been a pleasant and professional experience. Our new MKT is great, both from the performance and luxury perspectives. Even though the features a much like our returned MKS Debbie took all the time needed to assure that we understood everything that was different from the past vehicle. In addition to our very positive purchase experience, we have also have had great maintenance experiences over the years.

  I have been leasing from Jeff for several years. My latest car is a white MKZ which drives like a luxury car should. Jeff is very knowledgeble and always efficient. We talked about what I wanted and we walked around the lot and looked at several cars.The car I chose was just what I was looking for, in fact, even better. Jeff always syncs my phone for me and goes over all of the features in the car. I enjoy doing business with him. When I walk out of the dealership with my new car, every detail has been completed. A few days later he calls to follow up to see if everything is OK.

  We were more than satisified with the lease process. Many alternatives were discussed and resulted in a test drive. John Treharne, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable and professionsl. We were surprised to receive a full tank of gas, a wax job before we picked up the vehicle and free car washes for the entire lease period in addition to free maintenance.
