    I don't know where to begin. Valley Buick only cared about selling a car and didn't consider the consequences in doing so. Two weeks ago they sold a car to my vulnerable adult son who knows absolutely nothing about the whole process. He just started a job working 3 days a week and didn't even have a first paycheck yet. Valley Buick DID NOT verify income. If they had, they would had realized that this kid cannot afford $400/month car payments. I hope they're happy when it gets repossessed. So far, we have received 4, count them, 4 letters in the mail from finance companies who denied him a loan that day. My God..... they just kept trying until they found a company who would finance the vehicle. I wonder how many more will show up. That is really bad business..... to keep pushing a loan like that when the finance companies clearly knew he couldn't afford it. What's worse..... he originally went in there for an oil change and they still charged him for the oil change on the car he left there. THEN...... they gave him $5400 for his trade in when he still owed $6400. Didn't bother to explain that at all or offer at least the loan value. The car was listed at $18,999...... total financed was over $23,000. This kid makes $10,000 per year for crying out loud. 3 of these denial letters state he was denied because of insufficient income. WHY DIDN'T VALLEY BUICK PAY ATTENTION TO THAT???? One offered $17,500, but Valley clearing wanted to rip his heart and soul out with the $23,000. Yeah, I'm pissed, big time. I'm still trying to decide if I should take action for taking advantage of a vulnerable adult.

    My car was damaged while it was in for service and the service manager told me they didn't cause the damage and wouldn't fix it.
